Can't sign up. Complete all fields but the 'sign up' button simply won't work and stays greyed out. Buggy app
ruined my paint on car,scratched, scores/actually deep scores on my metallic paint on my car,pure mess.Cost me to repaint job.l thought a car had scratched my car coming out of a car park. then seen more scores all over my car!

Thoroughly unreliable - can take hours (or longer) for purchases to show up.
thought the whole point of pre-paying was supposed to speed things up. it takes about 30 minutes for your order to appear on your account and you can't proceed without the QR code. awful clunky app.

This app is absolutely 💩 It's supposed to speed up the process yet I'm stuck sitting in the vacuum bay waiting for it to process my order for the last 20mins. Absolute waste of time, will be using local hand wash companies instead.

I am unable to contact customer care through the app. I have a number of queries. I have repeatedly completed the form but it will not send.
Hopeless. Reports "connection failed" when all other apps are working fine. Can't get beyond landing screen.
Paid for a car wash through app and never appeared... attendant was confused. ended up having to pay again.

Complete Hi I visited Your IMO on Lichfield Road Wednesfield I notice the guy did not use the alloy spray only The body car wash form I ask him and started going all crazy and metal behaviour I want thew car wash And want back around And took a photo of the boad and pointed it out He started going all religious 🤪 crazy behaviour I said to him I contacted your people IMO about you behaviour I quickly press record on my phone as he was becoming dangerous to the pubic He came over to
Paid for 3 car washes as part of a bundle, waiting by the car wash for the washes to show in my wallet on the app, still not there. Went shopping and looked for the washes to appear, still not there. Went home without getting my car washed
Purchased over the app and usedat least 4 single wahses but the stil have only 1 point? What a scam!
i bought a triple wash sat 14th Feb , still not added to my wallet and i have emailed EMO 3 time and had no reply , i still have a dirty car and i am a very unhappy customer , can u add my wash or give me refund ????
my car was damaged during wash.and they refused to pay for repsirs .forcing me to use my own insurance and they would not cover my excess of £450. so beware.
bugs need fixing can't even log into my account 😒

IMO car wash in Washington Tyne and Wear. staff always asking for cash in hand for supposed extras! wheel wash etc. Just want to use the wash not fill someone's pockets!
IMO currently have an offer that I was going to go for... If only I could change my base location. But the app won't let me change to my desired location. I can change it, just not to where I want to. I can't imagine this is a desired feature. Sorry IMO fix the app or you won't get my coin!
Wash vouchers have a short expiry time. Better to stick with paying by card each time.
Avoid making online orders. If you buy a package of car washes, some of them automatically disappear. For a refund - forget it. This app is a scam.

Not great. Filled in my information, and it wouldn't keep the data. Several special offers vouchers, all for a car wash 500 miles from where I live. Tried several times to get it recognise my actual address, but no success. Really can't see any value in using this app with these issues.
Wasted a part of my life trying to log in. Anything that wastes your life is scrap.

A complete scam! They're more than happy to take your money instantly but 3 days later I'm still waiting for my carwash credit to appear in my wallet. This isn't even the first time this has happened either (I never should have given them a second chance). After giving up waiting the first time it took them 2 weeks to refund me.
the app',, doesn't allow you to change your car number plate. also the loyalty card doesn't update, knowing I have had over 6 washes.
I keep getting offers and discount codes but when I claim I have to subscribe like I'm a monthly business user.
