They removed doorbell from default live view due to lame excuses. When things get back to normal, I'll reconsider it. Upadte: now they also broke the geofence and DND Mode, and their support team blames Android/Phone manufacturer. Ridiculous 👎🏻
the recent update gave the option to make the Camera Card sizes smaller which was botched up in the second last update , BUT choosing smaller card sizes DON'T show Camera Thumbnails and DON'T show the options buttons the vertical dots which were there before for individual camera thumbnails, Also the Ossue with Imou Cameras Cue2 model is still there It disconnects from WiFi and stops recording

Horrendously difficult to set up.
Everything is fine but the main problem is, video do not lag in small window on home screen. When you click on that window to check in big screen, video starts lagging. Very disappointed me. 😑
you bugs fictitious but application is not working.

Cansado de la app. Solo buffering con una cámara imou supuestamente, wifi. A pesar de reportar señal fuerte, hay pausas, congelamientos, no graba... Y la app no ayuda en nada con solo "hubo un error, reintentar". Definitivamente no recomiendo, ni las cámaras, ni la app.

slow and keeps saying that my password is to simple 😒 🙄
brought new brands of cameras, can't deal with this rubbish any longer. it's not working on the local CD memory card and it's not working when you subscribe. no one should be at home, 'human detected ' at 19.09 pm and imagine is blocked when all others with the sound detector is shown. it's ridiculous. customer service outstanding no support no prompt responses no solving issues.
The camera has to be readjusted every time the power goes out. Stupid engineering.
Terrible app, full of bugs, and no way of getting support due to useless AI chat bot. The app is supposed to support location based automation - but you can't even save a location because the "confirm" button is permanently greyed out. The app also closes in the background, regardless of setting it "run in background". Imou - will you please fix this, it needs Persistent Notification in order for Android not to close it.

Really poor experience and very bad investment, paid for 18 channels nvr and 4 ptz dual lens cameras. Now all 5 equipment can't connect to the app.

After a (probable) update a few days ago I can't for the life of me find how to turn 'privacy mode' on in the app - so i have to physically turn my lightbulb camera off (which i can only do if i'm there, not remotely) or have it on at all times - which I don't want. And even before that I couldn't find how to set whether I want the light to automatically turn on when a person is detected (since this is a lightbulb camera) - or not. Overall not user friendly at all in my experience.

The App has become very bad, and there is extreme slowness in playing clips even if you are on the same network. This is a deliberate tactic to force you to subscribe.
used to be a perfect home camera to watch my kids ,but not anymore i cant talk to them anymore with the camera app , it simply dont do it anymore as i belive that this feature has been disabled from the app

Since last update android app is glitchy, slow to react to touchscreen, keeps losing contact with cameras (but camera is still recording), and if you try to leave feedback on the app it asks you to update to the latest version. It then takes you to the app store, which tells you it's already installed, and when you go back, it says update again, so you can't leave feedback. Have been happy with the product, until now.

the new UI is abysmal. it was dead simple. open the app. see the grid of cameras (6 at once!), clock on one, live view starts playing, below list of previous recording with snapshots and easy date navigation. Now two cameras at once only, unclear controls, history on separate pages, not below players, no snapshots, harder days navigation. Why are you doing this? The experience is bad now.
