Just want to update my review, I've had to fight to get paid for worked hours all but 2 weeks. DO NOT Use This App - unless you want to spend more time fighting to get paid than you spend working. I saw warnings but disregarded them. DONT. They make you jump through a dozen hoops just to get assistance and the assistance is extremely lacking.
Not a great agency to work for. Since Syft took over there were more downs, than ups working with them. They came with a rule about 2 years ago that there must be 12 hours between the shifts. Thus rule was made because they lost clients and they had to divide the work not because they care for the workers. They literally hire anyone even if the English is not good. The agency is full of lazies and people who want to work are lost to their algorithm. Have another at least one agency on the side!
they actually started rolling out az support. only 1 job though 🤣 it's crazy the only time they post jobs is at 4am in the morning

I'm not the only one either, wife works same shift and has same problem. Jump thru all the hoops thru their AI chat to get a human agent and they say they are aware of the issue and you have to wait a week extra to get paid. Scam
I worked through this staffing app for 4 months and was let go after getting sick and missing work. The experience showed me how little respect they have for workers once problems come up. Communication was poor, and employees are treated as disposable. I’m grateful for the income I earned, but I would recommend staying away from this app and looking for better alternatives.
It says I was banned but I have no email or record of me ever being banned. Id like proof/ to speak to a human. This isn't right.
Poorly designed app, slow
nothing comes up for months, app is full of bugs. won't let me finish onboarding on flex essentials. keeps telling me to finish onboarding first. everything is checked but won't update or move past that message
there are no reliable shifts at all they are on multiple platforms using gig apps & also using different staffing agencies in the local area to help overbook work. they don't tell you that they'll have you come to work at 6AM thinking you're going to work just to have a different agency there and being told you have to go home for the day. sometimes the client doesn't even show up. they hold you to an expectation of professionalism but don't hold the clients to the same expectation.

having been someone who was a member since early Syft days I can say this app is now worthless. used to be they'd take on clients and virtually guarantee them work, now it's a free for all, you have to apply for every set job rather than applying to the company and they send suitable things your way. uninstalled because there's no point in using this app anymore it's got so bad. only jobs in London, and no care about the ones thats been loyal to the business since say dot so it's time to leave.
I would love it if this app made job accessibility across colorado right now you don't have colorado on you state list so I have to give this app zero stars please update app to allow people in colorado to use it and I will use and rate it higher than I have to right now 1 🌟
This app is a scam. I created an account. I applied for a job. I did all the onboarding including background check and drug test. I got approved. now all of a sudden there are no jobs available within a 50 mile radius of me even though there was four a week ago. they also have no way to contact support so you can't even check in and ask questions.
WARNING: DO NOT-I repeat, DO NOT-sign up for Indeed Flex. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a temp agency, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for stable or reliable work, Lastly, I was wrongfully terminated due to system errors. After switching positions, my schedule was not updated properly, and I was marked late for shifts I was not scheduled to work. Although the issue was fixed once, it happened again, and I was terminated because of it.
Worst and Confusing User Experience, UI designer deserves a bonus month in the jail.

This app while yes is a good idea in theory but there only certain cities in the US careers on platform and you can only pick from certain cities so if your in a city over and can't drive you basically downloaded an app that'll show like 3 job listenings for a major city in your state. just use another app not this
poor no support 👎🏽, no real person , you can talk to just a chat no real jobs, each time you go to secure a job or select a shift app never processes it.And you get a notification that there's jobs available each time you go to reply?you get Sorry no jobs available keep searching..
terrible, I do the interviews but everytime it says due to lot of applications. yall need to fix it now
The worst app I've ever used. It's slow, clunky and full of glitches. Also, Indeed Flex pays worker's holiday pay through a method called "Rolled Up Holiday Pay". Which means instead of allowing our holiday pay to accumulate and give us the option to withdraw it when we like, it is paid into our weekly wages bit by bit. I hate this and it completely contradicts their tutorial video on how holiday pay works.

I'm sure it's a good app but there are NO jobs. It always says no jobs in your area. I may as well uninstall then...
The platform's communication is severely lacking. When you apply for a shift and aren't selected, the application just sits there indefinitely with no notification that the employer passed on you. The same happens during background checks-if your record isn't spotless, you get zero feedback or rejection notice. You're simply left in limbo. I've gone through onboarding steps, completed interviews (including AI ones), and still heard nothing back-ever. This pattern has repeated for every job.
I don't have WhatsApp. I can't even understand why do I need WhatsApp to use this app? This is the most pointless and absurd app around the 💩store.

all the jobs are showing locked to me although I make work preferences and location, timing more flexible.
waste of time. you need a job to get verified...so that you can get a job... but all jobs are locked to those who aren't verified. makes no sense
2nd time trying. still nothing good here. only thing since a year ago is still ONLY loader thats all there ever is.

onboarding information. I reinstall cleared up the cache of this app and still cannot get past the onboarding process thing I tried to contact customer service.. it was not helpful at all and I went to the whole interview process of whatever and they was not able to help me so I am very upset with this app and I'm trying to work with him

Well 3 week's since having the app, if there's ever been an over self praising app. this is it. every area I put in from my location to London to even England. no jobs available. like the whole of UK not looking for any staff? waste of time filling all this information. would avoid like the plague. if anyone know an apps that actually works please let me know.
App has glitches! I click to start the application process only to be met with an error page telling me to come back later. Why do I even bother.
Terrible App. Doesn't take any of your profile from the indeed website so you have to make a brand new one. The questions when applying for jobs are too vague and do not allow you to give any extenuating circumstances. For example I have long experience driving 3.5T vehicles but because I answered one question advising I hadn't driven a large vehicle for the last 6 months my application was thrown out by the app when the employers may well consider me.

stord will play with your time, money, and intellect. whatever you do, do not risk your time and money being played with by STORD!!! I worked a day, and they decided not to pay me because of reductions. sounds crazy right? what's one guy whos owed compensation, to a multi-billion-dollar company?
Tried to create an account and all it kept doing was make me go over the same stuff over and over
continuous loop. that's why I left. Jobs are advertised, but are locked. then they delete your account because you are inactive but your app don't work so how are we supposed to be active. I can see if I find a job and I'm not active but I'm ACTIVELY looking for a job and to establish my account and you lock everything and delete my account... not make my account inactive, you delete it so now I have to start my process all over... not a good look.
