My Gmail was hacked, and followed intructuons on how to change it in help center -which were incorrect. spoke to a human on "emoyer" side who sent me email claiming it would provide link to a department to help me....only link was back to the "help articles" page. I was actually updating my account to post jobs - but will spend zero dollars with an organization that can provide the simplest of customer service help.
I have not gotten a response from any of the companies that I filed an application with, make me think my application is not going to take perspective employeers
If you're looking for work skip this app entirely. Especially if homeless.

scammers can obtain your information no leash on fake employers
App refuses to update preferences or job descriptions. Just keeps showing me irrelevant searches that don't match any of my preferences and will show me ONLY job descriptions I've selected as not interested. Location is way off (ask to see up to 35 min drive, shows me jobs well over 50 minutes to an hour+). It doesn't matter if I update the app, change my settings/preferences or even contact support, the app just keeps getting worse. Also, the ai feature is beyond useless.
useless junk require employers to provide job addresses before they can post so we know the commute and location before we waste our time loose the fracking 100 year old listings and bs spam
Even if you direct or instruct what you want on the app, it gives you different results
