I seem to be having the same issue as most others have been having since Feb I am paying for my membership but the card doesn't show even though it recognises an active membership Will be cancelling until it is fixed
Card doesn't show at all. Installed and reinstalled numerous times, yet I'm still paying a subscription
Love IB, but both myself and my myself cannot access our cards on the app, so cannot use our discounts, despite Play recognising that we have a subscription. And there is no help function on the app, so completely stuck! Help please!
My partner can't use her subscription; the app does not recognise it, even though it shows up on Google Play subscriptions.
Since the new updates the app has become completely unusable. It no longer recognises my subscription, you cannot zoom in on the map, and once you click on a member pin you can't get rid of the pop-up with details of the member business, it just sits there. Been in email contact with developer for over a week and nothing sorted. Uninstalled and subscription cancelled.
Nice Idea, execution needs improvement. Why can't I click a place form the list to show it on the map, or copy the address to the clipboard. Would be great to hook into Google Maps for directions etc. Also there doesn't seem to be a method of suggesting places. Add Sheldon Café it's great.
