I previously gave this app a 5 star review, however in the last few months it has become so buggy that it is more difficult to use than it is useful. I have now had major problems for at least 4 weeks and keep getting the same suggestions which do not work for fix it. Finally I was told that it was a known bug and would be fixed soon. It has been a month and still not fixed. Furthermore tech support only works limited hours and is not very responsive or helpful. I can no longer recommend

Twice now had my outgoing and incoming text messages not working with my recruits. As not all of them reply, each time it took a few days to realize the problem. Support takes a couple days to resolve the issue and is not good at updating without having to ask and reopen tickets. This is costing my business majorly and will more than likely be switching to a different app.
Perfect app until yesterday. I went to click on the app to make a few business calls and it automatically signed me out. Been trying to get back in every since to avail. Keeps telling there has been some type of error please try again later. Emailed with no progress tried calling but no one has been available. Someone please help I'm missing out on bookings
They will not let me create an account because I am running a Samsung A71 on Android 13, citing that my device matches "suspicious abuse criteria".
Used to have sideline as my business phone. I have been in business since 2016. This company decided to make a new app and get rid of team calling. So I got this app and it sucks. You need to sign up for some third-party to use text etc. Then wait a couple weeks just to be denied lol. I've probably been in business longer than this third party company. Will be using different company for my business phone after the holidays. Plus, they are expensive now at 25 a month, which is ridiculous.
I'm a doctor and I texted 3 patients who signed up online for the Friday after Thanksgiving that we will not be open Friday and if Saturday works. Immediately I was suspended and the customer service agent stated there's nothing they can do. So now I can't contact my patients and they can't contact me and they refuse to do anything.
Bad experience. Software has bad support. Rejected number by registration and doesn't work, texting outbound. Support unable to help and fix, wouldn't refund. $25 down the drain, useless app. DON'T RECOMMEND, AVOID!!!

I emailed support multiple times for a credit. I am cancelling this service asap.
Web Login not available
I am suddenly unable to send or receive texts or calls at all. My account is not locked, I have not been banned or anything, yet the app is useless. Support takes 12+ hours to respond, with instructions that did not fix the issue. I spent more time using Index than all of my other apps combined, and now none of my 1000+ customers can contact me, and they probably don't even realize it. Still waiting for support, but will probably switch apps tomorrow. Cannot risk this happening again.
Looks like a great app but I keep sending an invite to my team member but she can't get it. Why?!

Bad experience was, "blocked" for no reason at all read the terms and conditions and there was nothing... The final straw was when the number started to respond to my customers with, "STOP" have screen shots from multiple customers so avoid this app at all cost and don't depend you business on an app that just bans you with no warnings no nothing
My messages don't ever send
Why do that? I searched for Group Me and this came up first as an ad. Without realizing I downloaded this instead. When is Google Store and Google in general going to realize it is messing up customers throwing things in place of what you think you're searching for? I got scammed recently from people paying to have their sites up higher than the actual legitimate airline site. Jerks.
If I could give zero star i would have, what a waste of time it doesn't even allow you create an account all I get is (Sorry, account can not be created at this time. Error 106.) For days
I don't understand why they had to create an entirely new app just to add 3 extra features. App keeps freezing and glitching whenever I try to leave a page, you can't copy your phone number without a link attached now, and so much more I don't have the character limit to elaborate. Should've just kept Sideline.

Never Ever install any kinds of Pinger Apps , they are scammers , once you purchase yearly packs it might work just for One day
I have more spam calls then anything else. I don't think my block list can take anymore numbers. I don't receive all my text messages nor can I send messages. I came from sideline. Their service was not that good, but they were not as expensive. For this price and problems can go to straight talk or cricket and have another phone. I like the convenience of not having another phone to carry around, but I need a fully functional app.
