Extremely poor and unacceptable service. I have been waiting for the last 4 days even after receiving the DAC code, but the agency keeps saying “server down” and is not providing delivery. Calls to customer care get disconnected without any proper support. Staff behavior is rude and non-cooperative, and there are also concerns about overcharging. This agency shows no respect for customers’ time. Strongly not recommended.

The cylinder is still not delivered, it's already 9 days crossed and I tried to reach the agency but they are not picking up the phones and not able to track on apps as well.This is the worst service from Indane gas and Franchise.

Ghatiya app hai. iski wajah se ek unknow invalid no. add ho gya. ab agency na hi cylinder deliver kar rahi na hi registered no. pe oto aa raha hai. old invalid no pe oto ja raha hai jo mera hai hi nhi. bhut hi ghatiya website hai

The glitches are frustrating. It's not a single time, over the duration of a month I am experiencing. Automatic log out, unable to log in thereafter, no order history to show, fake order histories without booking and what not...
worst app..When gas production is low, they fail to supply it properly and keep crashing the app again and again.

there is no option for downloading the invoices
Please add the DAC number visibility in the app after LPG booking. Many customers lose the SMS message containing the DAC number, so it should also be available inside the app for future reference and delivery verification. This feature will improve customer convenience and avoid delivery issues.
This is one of the worst app. Usually apps will store the data once we enter.It always ask to link the lpg id, though i have linked it in starting. whenever new update or if i am not using this for few days,i dont know how my lpg id is not getting unlinked from the app. even if i try to link, its showing some error always. app showing data not found. Then ekyc is not working. i am not able to book the cylider. its worst app.

The online payment of ₹910.50 for this booking was successfully debited from my bank account on May 6, 2026; however, the delivery has not yet been made to my home, nor has a DAC number been provided. I humbly request that the cylinder be delivered to my residence as soon as possible. I would be highly obliged for your prompt assistance. Thank you.

Earlier, Invoice PDF was available for download in the booking history page. Now after app update that option is no more there.
