new user interface is pathetic
The app doesn't do anything it's supposed to. Doesn't return flight searches, doesn't show BluChips dashboard. Billion dollar companies can't get even such small things right. Sad.
web checkin glitch not fixed since years.
I have been uninstalling and reinstallation as the app stuck so much no real user or frequent user for this app I guess. otherwise this issue should be identified way early..
font are very big and the view is totally a mess. moving to browser for better user experience
Recently service has been horrible. The way they are progressing they will soon be competing with SpiceJet in terms of punctuality.

Following are the issues with the app. 1. The app is very slow. The time taken between loading each page is high. 2. During web check-in on the app, on the page to enter the phone number, the number has to be typed slowly else all the numbers are not getting entered. 3. Some A321 aircraft layout are not correct. It is showing I can book seats 28A and 28F, which do not usually exist, since those are seats opposite to the jumspeat on a A321.
app is not at all updated, too slow, cannot even check or find my schedule trips. even booking or finding flights more than. 20.mins.

One of the worst Airline Apps. it doesn't save travel information despite logging in and repeated bookings. You have to manually enter family's information each time. Screens slip, content reloads. it's just a nightmare, this one!
The app is responding too slowly. Previously it was an awesome app experience. Web check-in gets stuck at the loading screen for ages. Blu Chip retro claims as well work only after multiple tries.

Worst app and rate 0 due to no options I'm giving 1, because I booked the hotel through the app they didn't provide the Tax invoice which is absolutely cheating. I lost trust in the indigo app.

PNR: Z3GNXY Very poor experience with IndiGo. Amritsar-Hyderabad direct flight 2hr journey, cancelled 15 hrs prior →plan B via Delhi → 8 hr wait + 4 hr delay → missed connection → further delay next morning. again plan change via chennai further delay. Total 36+ hrs travel, no food/rest support. Forced to book another airline. CAR compensation is still pending from the last 5 months follow up, only email we are working on it, shared invalid vouchers, it's Complete failure of passenger care.
USER UNFRIENDLY APP.. I tried five times to book a flight on this App but each time after going through the entire painful process there came a pop-up saying "second passenger not added"... No reason given. Ultimately out of frustration I booked through MMT, which was very smooth, though a couple of hundred bucks extra, but worth it
worst app and interface not useful
The app constantly throws error for almost all actions, uninstalled and resintalled but now doesn't even allow me to login through mobile and OTP. --- Update --- Your support is equally frustrating, the link shared by you to post the error throws a 404 error. Sorry guys did not expect such horrible service from Indigo. Please share an option to share error or escalation path. Updated Review - The worst it could get, with no competition you have gone from worst to horrible.
OTP delay issue
Font of the app on Google Pixel 9 is very weird....not able to do anything on app.

Tried several times to register on the app as I have flights booked via the website in Feb as the app failed me when I was trying to book. Tried again today. Still shows a page asking for Two OTP's (mobile & email) but no button to proceed once entered. I'm stunned this problem is still persisting 3 months after I last tried. Come on Indigo. Do better. This is letting you down big time. If you can help fix this, I'll revert to 5 stars as my other dealings with Indigo have been excellent.
⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with IndiGo. The ticket price looks cheap at first, but they keep adding extra charges for everything-even basic things like check-in and seat selection. By the time you complete the booking, the cost becomes much higher than expected. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Instead of showing a low base fare and adding hidden costs later, they should be transparent and include essential services in the initial price. Overall, not a good experience.
Mal practicing apps have lots of bugs to support and allow price related advantages to the company. which shows or fails the requests with proper reasonable cause.

Expected a basic app with ability to see flight, check-in and see points. Very bad UX, zoomed in to a large extent and unable to click anything right from sign in page. Even the website is a very slow experience, Indigo needs to up their game in providing information on the web. Web check-in fails most of the times..
