Biometrics never work. always forces you to log in manually which takes forever. The prompt for your thumb comes up, it reads it, and doesn't do anything afterwards.
It seems like I'd tried this app before, but I don't see a previous review. It's not completing the login. I enter the code for the MFA and then it spins forever, never logging in. The need to make me login through the website really defeats the purpose of an app. And the website has the same issue as AARP does: too many redirects. My PC can deal with that. But my tablet can't. The app would run a lot more smoothly if we just login to the app and see app info. Cut the BS of opening my browser.
Had this for past 8 months. STILL CANNOT LOG IN and I've never used app or online versions. Have contacted cust serv at least once per month. They just say reinstall, empty cache or tell me I'm entering the pw wrong. At least email notifications work. It's no wonder the USPS will soon be non-existent. Worst support, cust service, and service all-around. Some of the reps should think about changing careers!

Have not received any notifications of mail arriving or delivered since installing the app earlier this week. I thought the app would be better than checking my email but it is not. My app notifications are on so I know this is not the issue.

It used to be usable. However, since they implemented 2FA, they ask for a code to my text. When I go to the status roller shade to get my code, the app, having lost focus, closes the browser window, which prevents the input of the 2FA code.
After having this app for a couple of weeks. Using biometric login, I am now in an endless login loop! I have called for technical support! DID NOT GET HELPED

the app resets when I go to the email app to retrieve security codes, then they're no good, the app screen resets. Start over, waste of time.
App Auto logged me out and won't let me log back in no matter how many times I try to log back in it just takes me back to login screen

hands down one of the worst apps on Google! Not only does it never verify who you are, but it also makes it impossible for you to open up an account! Horrible app, just like the service.
I was supposed to receive my package on the 28th is now the 30th it says package has been delivered but the package was not delivered check the tracking number and alls it says is the system's down

Absolutely useless! Just an app to gather your personal information! Shows ZERO information for my address every single day and I cannot find an option to delete my account.
give you guys the most honest and detailed review that I can when I first started the app it was very easy to use and I genuinely liked it. The issue started arising when my mail went missing and I tried to contact them I got no response I moved n try to make a different account got stuck in an enrollment loop which has been an issue for the last 5 years and now my original account has been disabled for no reason. it's honestly better to waste your stress with just checking your mail manually

app refused to install several times.. i changed my address permanently march 6 and you said the temporary forward expired.. this supposed to be awful and make u wana use someonelse?

MFA authentication makes it impossible to sign in using only phone. Instructed to check email for the code but when you return to the usps app, it refreshes and you can't enter the code. I have to check my email on a different device keeping the usps app open. to authenticate.
biometric login never works. it "accepts" my fingerprint and doesn't advance. just sits at the login screen. have to use password login every single time.

it ask if you want notification 2 times every time you sign in and only shows half the mail you get. almost completely useless
