Like others have said, I can't even log into the app. It takes you to the USPS web page, does the factor authorization thing then just sits there. I let it go for over an hour ans it did nothing. Just sat there spinning and not loading. It doesn't work, just go on the website and avoid this buggy app.

app stopped working never had no issues with it until today it logged me out and now it won't let me log back in I hit forgot password I enter the right SECURITY QUESTIONS and now its saying serve unavailable this app never logged me out before I always stayed logged in with the password
stupid app sends my email to my old address. which I inicated when I was signing up I can't change my address on this app. who in the world designed it. How do I charge address on this dumb App?
I try signing in. over and over it has me sign in, enter a code, and when I enter the code it has me sign in again. I had no problem with this app before.it kept me signed in until couple days ago, I was signed out for some reason. now I can't get signed in. why? and the other thing, if I go to my email to get the code it wont stay on the page. I have to start over. is it my phone or the app? I can sign in on the web but not the app. I don't like 2 step verification

Biometrics Doesn't Work
it says theirs an issue trying to process everytime
Awful at tracking packages. Expected today will display multiple days in a row while package sits in distribution hub and never moves to out for delivery. Frustrating to know where package is, and also seeing it not moving for days
Frustrating. This hot garbage app was installed on my Motorola phone, demands two factor authentication and for what? So I can cloud my email inbox with TFA codes? All so I can see pictures of junk mail arriving soon? And that's when the system works. I tried several times to login with TFA and it kicks me back to the login screen. Google won't store the password which is extra time consuming and annoying. I think I'll leave my incoming snail mail to surprise me.

Works OK for letter mail but every time I want to check on a package it says the details are unavailable and to try again. Trying again has the same results and package tracking is why I need the app.

can't get into app! 2-step verification is the issue! MFA will not send to phone number, not enough time to enter by email. Hands are deformed because of severe Rheumatoid arthritis. app is useless. used to work fine without MFA
The app psychotically asks for notifications permissions even after saying no thanks. Everytime the app is opened, it asks again unless you say yes. This is on Android 17 public release.

constantly having to change my password or getting logged out and cant get signed back in. the biometrics work one day and then it doesnt work the next. this is the only app ive had this issue with. it happened again this morning.
It was a great app until it began working simply as a detour to the website after attempting to login or doesn't allow me to log in at all. I had biometrics set up, and it's not working now. There's no use for it, now. I appreciatd the notification feature, now I just rely upon the email. If the developer deems it worthy of fixing, please do so asap. My rating would change to the max allotment.
really hard to reset password when you have forgot it
great app. But the MFA is a nightmare. Why does it have to reverify my email every week? When it does, I have to use a combination of my phone and a pc. That is because the app gets reset each time I switch to my email app to see the code it sent. I love the app, but its so hard to do the MFA I have stopped using it.
After I sign in and put in a verification code, it goes back to make me sign in again, and again.
