I strongly advise against using this app. It is a waste of both time and money. The process is opaque, with vague and inadequate document requirements that are repeatedly rejected without clear justification. There is a complete absence of customer support-no communication, no guidance, and no attempt to resolve issues. Submissions are dismissed arbitrarily, forcing users to restart without explanation. The service is unprofessional, inefficient, and entirely unreliable.
They're now forcing you to adjust very, very low daily limits which means you have to wait to transfer your own money anywhere every time. To add insult to injury, they also throw away your scheduled transaction every time, increasing the risk of mistakes. I think ING is throwing up barriers to spending our money because they may be bankrupt. I'm going to withdraw all my money fast, you should too. I would rather have a few hundred k at home than risk it all disappearing.
Eenmaal een rekeningnummer van iemand in het adresboek gezet en een foutje gemaakt? Jammer! Je zal nu voor altijd de naam aan moeten passen wanneer je geld naar deze persoon stuurt. Aanpassen of verwijderen kan niet meer! Ook is het heel omslachtig om het adresboek te openen. Antwoord reactie: Ik zou op de hoofdpagina, naast betalen, verzoek, scanner, een 4e knop zetten genaamd 'adresboek' waar je contacten kunt toevoegen, verwijderden, aanpassen, etc. Kan ook onder 'service' als secundaire plek

Most inconvenient bank I have ever worked with. I have opened brand new accounts at other banks faster than it takes ING to activate the app for an existing account.

Waardeloze service weer van ING, het wordt steeds slechter en kost steeds meer. Half jaar geleden melding app werkt niet meer op Android 8 en nu werkt app niet weer op android 10 dus waar android versies per jaar gaan is bij ING zo dat in een half jaar 3 versies buiten gebruik gesteld worden. Waarom? Je denk steeds erger kan het niet worden maar ING weet steeds weer een nieuwe overtreffende trap in verslechtering te vinden. En mag ook app geen rating meer geven, dus via omweg!

oud toestel moest app verwijderen. maar opnieuw downloaded gaat Niet dus kan nou niet meer online bankieren en inloggen. Dat kan wel zo zijn,wil een scanner aanvragen, maar telefonisch krijg ik niemand aan de lijn. Ik ga dus maar naar bruna ingb een scanner aanvragen. Wel snel want zo komt mijn hele schema in de war. Kan niks bestellen.verstuurd maar aanvragen kan ik daar wel of kan dat telefonisch want zou gebeld worden dinsdag . En hoelang duurt dat . Ga op reis en moet nog van alles bestellen

Fair enough, the app does not work anymore for Android 10. However, needing to approve website login through the now non-working app is just questionable. Applying for scanner requires login, which did not work without the app.
Can't access my own account in any way, after failed . Zero customer service after 17.00. Absolutely disgusted.

Can't update anymore really annoying
Horror: login impossible as my system "outdated". It's not by any other app, now ING bluntly shoves it in clients face to use some other method. Big FU from them.

Doorgeslagen beveiliging. Elke keer dat je de app uit gaat om iets te kopieren of wat dan ook kan je weer opnieuw inloggen. Moet je voorstellen dat je aan de balie elke keer dat je naar je tas grijpt op de grond weer opnieuw mag legitimeren. Ben een verdachte op m'n eigen apparaat.
yet yesterday my phone was perfectly compatible with app and from today it isn't which comes with repercussions out of the blue about not having possibility to open the app and neither online banking in the laptop which requires the confirmation from app itself. it's a nightmare. I cannot pay anything, neither can not check anything. and the bank pushes me to change phone which works perfectly okay for plenty other apps. there was no info before hand about lack of the incompatibility.

There should be a system set up to either have an ING app/program that can run and be verified on a computer, or some other solution. This is an embarrassing oversight.

Annoying ads for ING products that can't be turned off. Arbitrarily decides to stop support on older devices. A once decent banking app has been thoroughly enshitified.
