I've asked for reprints 3 times after not receiving the cards I purchased. Each time, AI said a supervisor will contact me within 24 hrs. I asked for the number for costumer service and AI said there is no number for costumer service. I placed my order on November 17th and they were to come November 22nd. its now December 2nd
used it for years. I think it stopped working 😔

I got my card in the mail and my photo on the card is like melting not cool
several cards/gifts never arrived, service is abysmal. I ordered a condolence card for a friend and a $50 gift. it never arrived. I had to ask multiple times to get a human to reach out to me. this supposed human then emailed me with instructions on how to use the printout in the card THAT NEVER ARRIVED. then I checked on other cards sent this year and only ONE had arrived. I only received a refund after threatening to file complaints with my credit card and better business bureau
I ordered a birthday card for my niece & it never arrived so I cancelled the order. Very disappointed since the other card I had ordered arrived
I never got the card! The address is correct. Terrible company. Update: In response to their reply, as of 7-3-25 (today), I haven't received the redone card in the mail, and I can't reach a live person! This is a scam! Please don't pay them. As for the money I spent on shipping, you guys keep it, you need it more than I do, obviously.
they offer a free card to get you in the door that never arrives. seems like an unethical business practice
Never got Mother's day gift. ordered on May 4th and got the run around on shipping from AI not actual customer service! Had to wait until 5/19 to request a refund! Will never use again! Thanks for ruining a mother's day gift! ***UPDATE*** i was going to return the gift card if it showed up because I requested a refund and got it. But it never showed up in the mail so It's obvious they never mailed and lied about the entire shipping process!***
Never received product
I ordered a card for my mom, and it said it would be here May 12, which was one day late and I was fine with that. ever since then I have never got my card yet to this day I've been waiting every day for it so I spend my money on something I never got so everyone please be careful.
absolutely horrid customer service. They messed up my order and I have no way of getting into contact with then except their chatbot

The pic printed on the card is a horrible quality. you can get better pic cards from walmart.

The service is great, but the app is terrible. There is no way to zoom in on the card to check for typos and the some text colors are poorly chosen. It takes three times as long to create when constantly having to take screen shots so I can actually read what I am typing. When double checking the recipients on my guest list, it has light gray words on a white background. 🙄 Phone screens are too tiny to not offer zoom or design your app for readability.
They delete your creations before you can get them paid.
I've used this app for years but they now use the United States postal service and this I can no longer see when cards are received. shipping therefore takes a very long time. update June 2025: I used to love ink cards but now my orders never arrived on time. I ordered Father's Day cards June 6th and they didn't arrive. I will be looking for a new service for cards.
