syncing between devices is a nightmare... the only reason I like this app is because of the calligraphy pen option
Project is dead. No new development. Don't waste money on.
Bought the pro version based on features. App can work but it's unstable and can lead to data loss when it crashes. Also when trying to export markups to PDF they may not all export and have also had an issue where markups are offset on the underlying PDF when exporting. App will start to lag with some PDFs, randomly switch pages or go to the last sheet, leave pixelated parts of PDFs when zooming, etc. Not suitable for use with anything that requires reliable functionality with no data loss.
As of 01 September 2025 all company email addresses are not working and bounce. There is a new bug where the Android status bar (tablet) at the top of the screen 50% overlaps the writing area and no app setting fixes it. I wrote to every email address on their company website about this and they all bounced invalid. To be clear this was not a me issue, no errors in emailing on my side, this is a very concerning them error as it seems all the email domains used by this company are not working.

I've given this app a fair trial, I think, and I'm finally giving it up. On both my phone and my tablet there is a severe lag in the first moment of drawing a line which reduces any attempt at handwriting to a chaotic mess unless you write extremely large. But worse than this is that when you open it you have no idea what will come up -- a large page, a small page, the last page you were writing? There seems to be no control. Uninstalling now and going back to Google Keep -- crude but it works.
I recently went to a conference and decided to use Inkredible Pro to take notes with during the conference. Now, about two weeks later, I went to go back over the notes only to have the application continually hang up and crash when attempting to access my library of notes. Looking online I went through some typical troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. The next step was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Well guess what - all of my notes were deleted with the uninstall. Worthess POS app.
can't open notebooks
Was ok, but backing up notebooks it's a pain. One notebook at a time! now the program won't even open so i can finish backing up! Did this recent update do that?
Warning: After the app updated itself. I could no longer access my library as it's infinitely loading. Even the restore function is not working. I lost all my files since 2023.

Jesus the shittiest paid app I have ever seen. Does the developers know that there is something called as a beta where you can test your fully bugged updates before rolling it out? This is the third review I am writing and for God's sake stop sending me replies asking to email you the bugs. I did that last two times thinking you will learn from it but it seems your whole business model is to force paid customers to do free bug hunting for you!
Fix your app..so many problem
Warning: Don't use this app. You will lose all the files like me and my friends did. Update on 30 May 22: ZERO Star. The back up never worked. The newer version installed itself. All my projects and journal reports disappeared without a trace. This is the worst notepad app ever. No thanks. 28 Jul 21: Mediocre. Why does it keep shutting down? Now it stopped working completely. Doesn't even open up.

I paid and downloaded this app for my Xiaomi pad 5, it's a junk app, I wasted my money in this app, when I write using my pen the letters are jerking and it's moving leftwards and rightwards I don't know why they develop an app like this, and there is no various options in this app. I am very much disappointed ☹️😞.
Easy to use and very efficient software compared to others to read and write on a pdf file. thanks for the team that never stops solving any problem reported, it is very cooperative, the new update is perfect. i advise any user to contact the support-inkredibleapp team for any possible problem, positive support it's always effective.
Used on android tablet Used to be great. Now it's so buggy it's unusable. Text randomly jumping or dissapearing. Zomming on PDFs makes them extremly blurry etc.
The latest updates have made the app unusable. I used it for months, and while there were bugs, they were manageable. Now, when I zoom in, the page disappears, and zooming out makes it too small to write on. I contacted the developer and was told to wait for updates, but the issue remains. I'm keeping a 1-star rating until this is fixed or they let me revert to a working version, but they claim only one version can be on the Play Store. Don't they keep older APKs?
Very very disappointed. Paid for PRO version specifically because the data safety info panel promises "No data collected", and "No data shared with third parties." But Duckduckgo app tracking protection revealed that even when not in use this app repeatedly and incessantly tries to send info out.
☣️ Device Risk for Version 3.01: The developer didn't take the extra time to ensure that the file on the Playstore wasn't corrupted, of which as of 06-Aug-24 it is. Installation will crash leaving now a corrupt PlayStore database as a result. This application and any future versions will not work even if complete because there is a hidden spurious entry from the crash that prohibits any future updates. Unfortunately, I was stupid as well by actually paying for the Pro Version
Lately the app will NOT import *.ink files and this is terrible for me. Not worth the price if I can't import notes from other devices I have made over the years.

Unpredictable in note taking. Basically pen goes unresponsive randomly. sometimes restarting app does not help.

Both of the gentlemen I spoke with had nothing to say, no way to explain what happened to this app, except some lame dishonest change that Google made them make to their format. the very thing that made this app the best was just gone. Previous library access issue resolved, however app is now a roguebattery hog. It will not go to standby after use, remains active in background and drains battery to zero
Can't write with stylus or finger after Nov 13 update. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
Frustrating. Crashes by every time I use it and I lose some or all of the notes I am writing. Slow to load and often misregisters my handwritingbor lags. Has potential to be great but is unstable.
It deleted 2 pages of my notes that were typed in the text box. I don't know where to raise this issue so I'm writing this review✌🏻
