I do not recommend the InnerNow app at all. I purchased 3 of the Oprah Winfrey/Deepak Chopra 21-day meditation programs on the legacy version of this app and now I no longer have access to the meditation programs I purchased. I have contacted customer support several times and they have not been helpful at all simply saying that this content is no longer available on their platform even though I purchased it.
All my purchased meditations disappeared from the app, they were not in an annual signature. They were purchased with supposedly forever access. Now they say as the app changed name an is no longer from Chopra so they are no longer responsible for the purchases made previously on the app. Fraud, right?!
I've had this app since it was Chopra and now they've deleted all of my 7 day meditations that I PURCHASED! I emailed them and they just said they don't support the content anymore. No further explanation. Don't buy anything from them as they can't be trusted.

I've asked for a partial refund for the time I can't log in. I emailed a few days ago and disappointing again, that I haven't heard back.
January 2026 Updated Review - I haven't been able to access this since November 2025. I've contacted customer service over five times with still no response. I've already deleted my subscription which is a shame because at one point this was my daily go to for meditation.
I subscribed for Deepak Chopra’s 21-Day Meditations via the Chopra Centre app. InnerNow replaced it without notice, shortened the meditations, and reduced Chopra’s content. Support was unhelpful and impersonal, repeatedly misaddressing me. I paid via Google Pay, but the developer refused to process a refund. This lack of transparency and poor service is unacceptable. I’ve cancelled and do not recommend this app.
I subscribed to the Chopra app for £64/year, making it one of the more expensive meditation apps, but the value just isn’t there. Extended meditations are very limited - I’ve been using the same four programmes repeatedly, which isn’t sustainable for long-term practice. I asked support about a partial refund (my subscription runs until May 2026) but my emails went unanswered. The content is good, but lack of variety and poor support make it hard to recommend.

App is completely non-functional. When I try to open it, it gives an error and says "retry"...over and over and over. Uninstall/ reinstall didn't help. My paid meditations are in there - please fix!!!! Phone is an android.
cannot open my samsung phone S24. Will this be fixed for android soon???? seems like Iphone users get support faster! I have paid for 7-21 day meditation series that I cannot use now. please fix!
My existing paid subscription for this year is not applied in the new app and my previously paid for and downloaded meditation are also gone. Pls fix and address asap
I have a fully paid subscription to the app. Sometimes there are glitches but for the past 3 days the app has been completely non functional!! I've tried uninstalling and re-installing which usually works but nothing is working this time! This is not acceptable. Please assist! UPDATE - The mobile app has been non functional for over 5 days!!! I have emailed several times and have received no acknowledgement or response!! What am I paying an annual fee for? I wish I could get a refund!
I have used the chopra app for years, which then became the presence app and now seems to have changed again with no forewarning! I renewed my annual subscription last month and the new app won't even open! I was using the daily meditation each morning to help me cope with stress and anxiety and now I can't access it at all. I am so disappointed 😞
The inner now app won't open. I have been happily using the Chopra app for years with no problems.
I have the mobile app and cannot download my purchased meditations as offered. Help desk has not been able to solve. They changed the way it works without advising to " presence". Before I could use my purchased products off line, but now I can't

I have an android so the app is not available for android. Okay I don't have any plan to switch to another phone. But, I bought a Chopra meditation for more than $60 and when I tried to use it's not working..... I paid for that. Why I can't play my meditation any time I want it? I payed $200 and the app isn't working :( says waiting on developer to fix bug. Please Deepak I use these 10 years straight. I NEED them. Please fix its been months. Much gratitude for helping unlock my conscience thank you!
With each update my library is lost and they are unresponsive to email.
I loved the Chopra app, this new version I can not open. Checked my android version is compatible, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Still can not open it, Now what!??
The app does NOT work! Customer service emails via the app are now getting kicked back as undeliverable. Do NOT subscribe to this app. It went from bad to just plain useless. A big waste of money.
Audio stopped working
I have used this app for years, literally, & have a pretty decent library built up so...why has it all suddenly disappeared & failing to accept my old password?
App never works and if you do Mange to get into there is not much content unless you subscribe which would be pointless as the app literally never works dissapointing
Purchased app drop off the app
The app is not working properly and I cannot play the guided meditations I previously purchased.
I paid for the full subscription to have access to Everything yet it let's me access NOTHING! Keeps telling me I don't own it and send me to the site to buy it. I already have a fully Paid Subscription!!!
It's not working. My meditations are not accessible keeps sending back here! Update 10/29. This app continues to be horrible. I'm unable to listen through my meditations I paid for offline. App keeps crashing. Poor support. Old app was so much better. I'm so disappointed and frustrated with this. Update again! 2/28/24. This continues to be a horrible experience! The app crashes constantly. Absolutely no support! I've purchased many meditations and can't use them. I feel completely ripped off.
They actually do not look at the emails sent other than to send a standard boiler played a response. Without addressing the real concerns.

I've been trying to log onto my account for about a month. The new update does not allow me to type my password. I've uninstalled and installed the update multiple times and have also restarted my android. I'm very frustrated. Please provide an update on when this will get fixed. Thank you.
Can not access my paid meditation s. 20 days later. It's not very calming. I have been a paid member since 2013. And I can't get my meditations. This is very disappointing

Programs are incredibly wonderful WHEN they work. Like so many other people, I am locked out of my programs regularly which COMPLETELY negates the positive effects. In fact, this app is exactly what Chopra would NOT be selling if he / they did actually care about people. Extremely disheartening & depressing. And it keeps happening. When you contact support they say it will be fixed soon.... over a year now... still not fixed.... that is NOT soon.

It seems wonderful but almost everything is locked to be paid. For less wealthy countries the price is much too high. I'd rather use YouTube and Spotify free wellness content. Pity.

It keeps stopping mid meditation
The technological aspects of the app are awful. I'm not sure why since apps have been around now gor a while. At present moment when I open it it is blank. This has happened many times before. The content is great , which is why I still have the app
Great content. BUT I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN!! I click on password and it won't let me type in it and just says "incorrect password " I have Uninstaller and re- installed 4 times. Frustrating
