Dreadful experience with customer service. Michael, in particular, was awful. Raising your voice and hanging up was not professional! Conflicting information and no resolve to a problem i was having. If you are working for a company, surely you should know what your own policy is. The app keeps logging out and is frustrating when you are in a hurry and have parcels to collect/deliver. Not impressed at all.
Tracking in the app is so inaccurate. Buyer received the parcel ages ago, and tracking hasn't even shown as shipped. Very weird!

Unfortunately as a parcel recipient this app proved really disappointing! Unlike the website it doesn't recognise the parcel tracking number so is useless for parcel tracking etc. Shame!
didn't understand
Poor experience as a buyer. Tracking was nonsensical and I had no way of assigning a safe place for the package which was left on my doorstep for 2 weeks while I was away. I'd avoid buying from any vendor who rely on this app.
Morrisons outland Road plymouth shows spaces. However, one is not working, and the other is being removed. Your app shows locker spaces, but this is incorrect.
usless app, useless locker, usless help will never use again!
was fine until it recently started making me log in every single time I launch it. it's now more convenient to just use the emails.

Yodel/Inpost are now being sued as twice they have failed to deliver an item to me. The first time they lied about even attempting to deliver it and just sent it back. The secobd time I had an email to say it had been delivered to an inpost locker just to arrive and find it empty. They followed with lies like it was full, we'll try again the next working day and now they can't find it and completely refuse to help. I have emailed the people in charge of the company.
does not tell you how the locker opens. Does not even tell you what you press once at the lockers.
doesn't match with the website, why does the app say all the lockers in my town are full yet the website says differently, saying there is space which clearly there is not considering my two parcels were returned after the app kept telling me there was no space

This app is only for business unfortunately I only Receive parcels and in 16 Months I have had over 2.000 parcels yes two thousand Not a typing error but this app is NOT for people who get deliveries every thing is terms and conditions for your business so why send it to people who Can't use it at all Definitely not giving it more than one star I have had the Yodel app got just over 15 months and am very happy with it
Can't find my original review some months ago, praising inpost to the hilt. Forget that. This week, I have so far not received 4 items ordered, yet they have been scanned as delivered whilst back on their way to the seller. I was given NO notifications of the items arriving. So am now out of pocket, no items and sellers getting their items back to resell. Not their fault obviously. They are confused as they've assumed I have them. Avoid Inpost app, shoddy
I put my phone number in and never get sent a verification code. rubbish
when downloaded app I put in my phone number they sent me a code number I put in and it won't let me verify it won't let me put in the 6 digit code please help thankyou

takes to long to update tracking and can't find customer complains to find out what's happening
