when i first opened the app it asked me for my phone number which is completely normal so I gave it and it said we've sent a verification code to this number and it's sent through so IV put the code in and multiple times it said code not working let me tell you multiple times it said this so I had to delete the app. disappointing 😒🙄😔
App used to be great but the past few months I've been logged out of the app several times a day so I don't even get the notifications now. Annoying to have to keep logging back in everytime.

It is useless I don't know if it is being delivered to my house orI have to collect it from some dropping off site! I have looked at the app it tells me lots of " fantastic " information about the app and nothing about when my parcel will be delivered.
Since the app update, I have to re-log into the app every day! I have to get sent a new verification code to allow me to use the app. Its a hassle!

vague tracking that is slow updating
it took me 5 visits as the screen didn't work, the scanner scanned and beeped but nothing happened. Called the customer care number to be greeted by AI bot that instructed to download the app Downloaded the app to open remotely and still wouldn't work. eventually on the 5th visit to the locker it opened. not great!!! won't be using it again.

Does not show delivery images like yodel app. Just the tracking which is not good because how you will find out where your parcel had been left.
useless parcel company app just as bad as the company
Shows delivery being prepped and has done for two weeks. No option for live chat or support. EDIT... found the live chat and wish I could rate it zero now. Customer service are hands down the worst I have ever dealt with.

its absolutely disgusting that you can only view your tracking information or delivery photo by downloading the scammy app. you should be able to opt out of data collection on all platforms. if i could give minus stars, i would!!

Rubbish
New App - same abysmal function. After deciding, without approval, to divert my package to one of their lockers, the App fails to work at all when collecting your package. Have to manually key in your phone number and a code to access your package. The fancy scan QR code and unlock remotely functions offered just don't work. Not even in alpha and shouldn't have been released. Pathetic App.
unlike the old app there are no images of where the parcel has been left! pointless if youre trying to locate a parcel left in safe space

Dreadful customer service, will never use again , I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 48 hours , eventgot a 2 hour windowtime and it was late and artived after said dekibery time slot,. nobody took ownership of my complaint, very rude and not helpful.
tells me that I'm able to manage my package in my browser. then won't let me. says I can do it with the app. get the app. app just takes me to the browser and I still can't do it. useless.
this app is rubbish in comparison to the yodel app. you can see where the drivers are in the yodel app. not this. shouldn't say your parcel will be here between 3pm and 5pm then not show up. good job the yodel app still works
late by 2 days.
InPost is by far the worst courier service I have dealt with. All three of my SHEIN orders have had delivery issues, and one was even cancelled because they failed to deliver it. Customer service is no better-they keep saying they are "looking into it," but nothing ever gets resolved. Even my neighbours are facing the same problems with InPost. Absolutely unacceptable service.
this app is complicated & makes you accept term's and conditions then asks for personal information, old saying if it ain't broke don't try to fix it!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish. Yodel/Inpost make it difficult to track without downloading the app. Downloaded the app, attempted 5 times to select a safe space and every time got a response that the request could not be completed at this time. No option to chat, even to a bot.

Not happy with the app it doesn't allow me to put my what 3 word address in its a nightmare. Today I had a parcel due good job it was my local delivery driver but im dreading now for future deliveries as I can't add my what 3 word address in the notes it says excludes lines breaks! I have Googled my issue and Google states it is absolutely fine the driver will scan my parcel and the what 3 word will automatically show on my account which is a good thing. still waiting to hear back from Inpost

Totally useless app. Won't track the parcel I sent. Rest of the app works but tracking - forget it. Can track my parcel on the sister company's app Yodel strangely better. Avoid. ** Edit ** Even worse news Yodel have been taken over by Inpost! Won't be able to track your parcel at all. Black cat in a coal cellar at nighttime springs to mind. I'll avoid this company like the plague. Good idea but poorly executed.
NO OPTION TO MIGRATE FROM YODEL. Forces you to use mobile number instead of email. My parcels, like those of most people, are associated with my email not mobile number. Just an invasion of privacy.
The app isn't giving updated information. last update was 18/6/26. It's now 23/6/26 & still not updating. when I put the tracking information onto Inpost website it states it is on the move & view your 2 hour delivery slot but takes you to the app when clicked on link & the app isn't showing any updates. Really poor in this day & age to track your items.
Tracking a parcel is bad. you can't just see a parcel that has been tracked without signing into an account. I just wanted to see where the parcel had went.
