Right now, I am working with Zomato. Also, your service agents have not been helpful at all........Very bad service

Subject: Incorrect Order Rejection Marking & Incentive Deduction Issue Dear Instamart Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an issue in the Instamart partner app. Despite the fact that I have not rejected any orders from my side, the app is incorrectly showing that I have rejected orders. Due to this incorrect data, all my incentives have been removed, which is completely unfair and not justified. This appears to be a technical error or glitch in the system.

I am very disappointed with this, my total earning was 1717 Rs for 2 days i delivered 25 orders, got only 367/- payout, i raised ticket they are saying tds got deducted , then I calculated 20% TDS was deducted, even after my pan details were right and as per government rule TDS should be filled for 5 lakhs annual income, they are saying, please contact your concern CA, what the hell, if I am earing 5 lakhs per month, i want my payout by 1% deduction, or else will go legal.

without proper explanation my id was suspended. There's no way for proper communication rather than some automated chats. Somehow got to know that background verification failed and needed to submit a pcc certificate for reverting suspension and it's not reimbursed. It's not my fault for the background verification failure, it's your responsibility.
need to improve some functionality Maybe it will be a glitch or bug. at the time of uploading pictures my device is Just showing the black screen. and also if calling with a non registered number then the auto tellcaller only allows a few seconds after typing # with the registered number. it's too much dramatic. if the registered number balance was not available then tellcaller should be allowed to wait for a few more seconds to enter the registered number with #. this kind of experience feel

Scammer Hub #bycottinstamart 😞 Everytime I earned a little money like 1000 rupees my money is being automatically deducted from my wallet in the name of onboarding fees but mind you the scammer I had joined the Instamart On the 1 rupees joining fees offer. I'll definitely sue you in a court of law. Please guys don't fall into this scam like me . Instamart delivery app is brutally Scamming on your hard earned money.
Tum logo ne apne woh call center mein jo ladkiyon ko baithaya hai unko baat karne ka tameez nehi sikhaya kya? ya kabhi woh school nehi gayi? kitne battamizi se baat karti hai woh acche se training do ki baat kaise karna chahiye ya phir school bhejo unko

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I faced an issue during delivery and immediately connected with a live agent. But later, when I raised a ticket, the support team denied that I ever contacted them, even though I have proof. Also, ₹847 from an online paid order was wrongly added to my floating cash and not adjusted yet. Despite multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been given. Support system is unreliable and ignores genuine delivery partner issues. This is very disappointing
