App barely records my trips. I've done about 500km but app only has 56km recorded
Since the last update MyDrive does not work at all. Just continuously loops over and over trying to load. Uninstalling and reinstalling app does not fix MyDrive failure to load
I only use this app for the rebates it can give me because the insurance is overly expensive. However, it makes me behave in an unsafe way so that I can please the app. I am regularly being cut off or talegated, and now a target of road rage because I try to follow speed limits so not to lose badges, this is a great source of stress and makes me feel unsafe on the road. The risk on the road is 10 fold. Waiting for my renewal to switch to another insurance company. Also, app is awfully slow.
Cette application fonctionnait bien avant, mais maintenant, elle ne fonctionne plus du tout. Elle affiche "Something went wrong...". Depuis que j'ai appelé le service client et jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je n'ai jamais eu la solution. J'ai désinstallé, puis ré-installé plusieurs fois et toujours sans succès.

The app is garbage. I have updated insurance for the year but the app doesn't show the updated pink slip. So I just completely wasted my time at the registry office. Insurance company useless as usual.
App has continuously gotten worse and worse to work with year over year. As well trying to pull documentation, enter claims, etc, the app doesn't work correctly ever, same as the physical website. Very frustrating app. Lack of empathetic team to get anything resolved. Find a different insurance company, to much headache for Intact over and over.
I can't access any of my insurance stuff on the app making it pretty useless

App does not display my auto insurance, only my home policy despite being able to see it within my policy after renewal date, it has since disappeared from the app as well as their website. Upon calling intact they state it isn't there either. No letter indicating a coverage change or issue, on top of it they state I have to resolve this with brokerlink, despite having the physical paperwork to the contrary.
this app sux. it never works properly and can never access my documents. get it together
The Intact app mainly just tracks my trips. There’s no option to download my proof of insurance, and I can’t request roadside assistance from the app. It lacks basic features you would expect.
Doesn't always register my drives. Keeps sending messages that I have driven in 30 days
This app is a huge pain. constantly having to go and correct most every trip because you get penalized for: yellow lights, getting cut off, short on/off ramps, taking less than a decade to slow down, using your phone within 5 minutes of parking, etc. on the rare occasion even says you're speeding because the posted limit is higher than whatever it reads from. and lord help you if you do driving for work off road. removed permissions because the potential discount isn't worth the time investment.
not an accurate application!
Customer service is not the best. It is hard to understand who you talk to. the follow up is not the best.
This app doesn't track my drives unless I remember to open the app prior to driving. If I do remember to do that it will only track as long as my phone screen is open. As soon as the phone screen turns off (which it does if you don't touch it for a while - which one does not do when driving) then no more driving tracking.
not accurate
the app is slow, clunky, and missing huge swaths of information/documents. almost as useless as the Intact website.
garbage
Not user friendly, hard to find documents. We've opted for paper for everything through the app and yet don't get anything other than pink slips, so never know we owe money because we never receive renewal notices.
totally sucks
Just terrible... Terrible customer service. They actually want you to do their job for them.
very deceptive. there is nothing in this app but their tracking system. it doesn't differentiate between you driving or being a passenger. there is NO ACCESS to your policy information. absolutely a bait and switch, and deserves to be removed from the play store for this reason. also, after I disabled the app, received a text message from intact threatening to raise my premium. like "uh oh... the totally voluntary feature of the app that's supposed to do other things isn't being used"
Downgrading my rating from 2 to 1 star, there should be an option for 0. Since the last app update where Intact contacted me to obtain my permission for the update, the app started to rate me negative for smoothness. I never make any abrupt braking, unless needed in certain instances. I'm also being rated negative for my speed. The app should align with the complicated and varying speed limits around Dartmouth and Halifax NS. Going slower causes accidents, need to go w/ the flow!
keeps you going around in circles to get anywhere. pin for this pin for that. such a waste of time.
this app or my phone isn't very accurate. it indicates my braking/accelerating isn't smooth but I almost always have cruise set so the car slows and speeds up based on traffic around me. it determines my speed as 57% safe but much less safe than others yet I'm CONSTANTLY being passed by traffic on hwys. I usually set my cruise at 6-10 above limit simply trying to avoid tailgaters. it also indicates phone use and I suspect that's bc I run maps and audible while driving.

I have a perfect driving record, not a single accident. I paid these people 730 a month for 2 vehicles over 10 years old and tenant insurance. they canceled me for no payment after the fact I had paid them. I showed them my bank statement to prove it and they still went ahead and canceled. Go some place else. Nothing but scammers and swindlers
most of the time i cannot access my documents because I can't log in. I know I have the correct password but it tells me they're sending me an email to change my password and I never received the email. But I have already changed my password 4 or 5 times in the past.
This is a warning to all who use this insurance company. my wife's dad used this company and sadly recently passed away so obviously he couldn't make his payments it was very unexpected so there was no executor they had a death certificate and everything they still wouldn't let them cancel his account well now the payments were not made and they say his children that he left behind have to pay it even know they have proof he passed. you people are terrible sleez bags and only care about money.
kills my phone battery
had to sign-in multiple times in the same session on the phone, the web ap with the same password was not working, reset password was also not working, at some point on the app all I was getting was the IBM backend code.
Worst app ever! And when you read their responses they thank you and tell you they're happy you enjoy it even though everyone is complaining. They're not addressing the fact it doesn't work, they don't provide solutions or when it'll get fixed.
Since last update it's no longer working. Every time I have to login again, not recording trips. Basically useless app.
having to choose a password with all the requirements and rembering it is a good idea but remembering it is not as easy you should be able to use something that is easier to rember and use we all have numerous apps and passwords to remembering them is not always easy
What Discount.... I drove 97% safer then others for the year and they are still increasing my rate upon renewal.. No mention of what discounts I actually, supposedly am receiving..
this app still sucks will never get better and my rates keep going up every year this app and company are theives I'm switching to someone else i think I've given them enough chances
My drive app is not working and no one can help to activate my drive app to allow me to use it . App is not recording, bur is open, too much inconvenience to get app working. The app is always on, yet I'm asked to log in. The app is a hassle to have to repeatedly log in. it is the worst app ever. never works, constantly having to log in. cant acess the pfd for the insurance coverage for my Ford Transit it keeps coming up as Chev Traverse
constantly deletes my papers from the front page and prevents me from logging in. just waiting for a time this bites me in the rear because i cant provide papers.
I don't feel it's accurate,I drive carefully with in speed limits I feel my acceleration and braking is more than acceptable and it consistently gives me bad rating.Allen B
