Yesterday night I booked a taxi on the app. My location was very clear on the map but the driver acted like he was lost and called 'pretending' as if he doesn't know where we are. The location is a well known pick up spot for the olympics. He was clearly moving around randomly only to run the taxi meter. it was midnight and raining with no traffic. When he reached, the taxi meter was already at 38 euros, the trip took 4 minutes exactly. We ended up paying 42 euros.

On the morning of my flight I check the app - there is nothing on the booking tab. I call the call center, I get a reply "there are no taxis at the moment, please call in 10 minutes". when I asked what will change in the meantime, they just told me to call again. The worst experience of my life, ended up ordering an Uber.

Ciao, di solito non scrivo recensioni negative, ma onestamente questa esperienza è stata davvero deludente. Ho chiamato Radio Italia per prenotare un taxi da Piano di Bobbio al centro di Lecco e la donna al telefono è stata per niente disponibile Essendo straniera, mi aspettavo maggiore pazienza e cortesia, invece mi ha riattaccato in faccia due volte. Incredibile. Non chiamerò mai più il loro servizio, perché sono arroganti e poco disponibili.

We were very not satisfied with the driver The distance from our house to the destination is 1.8 km He took us on a ride around Rome and only when he noticed that I am checking Google maps he headed to our destination He drove for more than 4 km instead of 1.8 km I deleted the app and don't intend using your service any more

Blocked my account after two apparent no shows even though I was exactly right where I called the taxis from and the taxis never showed up. They charge 5 euro to unblock, it's a scam don't use this app.

The app name is "PickMe" Go and search for it you will able to get an Idea, how to do an remarkable app with all functions.... However I'll give you two, but I need something with all features as I mentioned below 01. Pickup and Drop location 02. Chargers 03. Vehicle type 04. According to the vehicle, particular chargers Something to select according to our budget
