First time booking Intercity on 24th June (Kondapur to Vijayawada). Arrived 10 mins early with 8 others, but the bus drove straight past our stop! This "posh" app gives zero driver details, and customer care is completely useless-nobody answers. The crew literally "forgot" the stop. We had to flag down a different bus just to get the driver to contact our bus. Terrible app tracking and horrible management. Avoid this service!
I booked intercity bus ,but bus route changed by bus driver bus have not reached at the boarding point what was mentioned on bus route, it's was really bad experience , they didn't pick from boarding point, 😡😡😡😡😡 they are not professional ,they follow easy route not following actual route mentioned on an application ,they left passenger
its was my first time booking and the bus was not clean properly, and empty bottle on the place when asked the person he did not answer properly. Even after asking for water bottle, he just ignore. Bus is not clean -3457

Meri bus ke teen bus number aye captain ne bus stand pe sirf ek number pe call ki jab ki teen tickets ke teen number thei bus kashmiri gate pahuchke captain ne passengers ko contact sirf ek number pe kiya jab ki passengers vahi wait karrahe thei vaha se bus jab anandvihar pahuchi us waqt tak captain ko customer care ko kai baar call Kiya Gaya captain se jab baat hue usko request Kiya ki Anandvihar ruko hum cab se arahe par voh bola ki 5 mint ruk sakte jab ki cab 20 se 25 mint mei pahuch jaate 🙂
Third-class service. I booked a ticket from Delhi to Ujjain for 25 June 2026. I reached ISBT Kashmere Gate at 5:20 PM, well before the bus departure time of 6:00 PM. However, the bus did not arrive even by 6:30 PM. This kind of delay without any prior information is highly disappointing and reflects pathetic service.

Guys, do not book this bus ticket I had a luggage checked in, when I have received it in the morning its completely wet and all my belonging are badly impacted. I have to attend an important function but now I don't have anything to ware 😞 ... and the Intrcity Team is responded that will check on this and drop us mail to their support etc... now I had a question Are we paying for such a ridiculous service??? there support is very rude and harsh. these type of travels should be banned.
The Intercity Smart Bus service was the worst travel experience of my life. The behavior of the bus operator and staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Their attitude towards passengers was shocking and showed a complete lack of respect and basic customer service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking Intercity Smart Bus, even if you have an urgent travel requirement. The customer care team was equally unhelpful and behaved in a threatening and arrogant manner rather..

really West journey this bus ok I am traveled hyd to blr mid night 2clock ac off and early morning 5 clock bus break down blr to far away 120 km I am arranging own cad cost will 1800 but they will not give refund also only refund amount 450 rupees
worst service ever.... They can delay for 20-30 minutes. won't ever pick up calls. When pickup, call quality will be so bad that you can't hear anything. And can't even wait 2-3 minutes beyond boarding time. I got delayed because of pathetic bangalore traffic.
Services are not reliable, Nagpur office staff is very Cheap. They cancelled my Booked ticket without informing me and asked for a double amount for the same ticket. I registered my complaint on the same day, but still not responding. Horrible Services.
This is very disgusting or poor service by intercity for t Raebareli route. Today I face this situation during the booking dropping point mentioned Lalganj Bypass and Katghar bypass as well but actually there is no stoppage location by Ganga expressway route also there is not transportation facilities because that out area while as per intercity bus there is mentioned droppge near petrol pump but there is nothing rather than highway how can they mention fake informatio or droppag Locatio ?
There should not be a wallet in a bus booking app. I accidentally transferred my money to the wallet, and now my money is stuck. They are refusing to return it, not even a partial refund. This has never happened to me before.
don't believe in night travels...I was book 12:30am....and 12:10 am start for going busstand but suddenly called and reached at 12:10am and I was said wait 5 mins I will there...but on time 12:15am i reached and no bus..and I call 12 :15am no response🙏🙏 thanks for all teams and bus drives etc.......and thank you thank you sooo much for intercity team.....00000/10...I lost 388...once again am saying don't believe or don't book in night travels ...🙏🙂
Dear IntrCity Management, I am a frequent traveler with IntrCity and would like to raise a serious safety concern regarding your Chennai to Hyderabad route. I have observed that only one driver is assigned for a journey that lasts approximately 12 hours. Expecting a single driver to operate continuously for such a long duration poses a significant safety risk to passengers. Driver fatigue can lead to reduced alertness, slower reaction times, and potentially dangerous situations on the road.

Worst experience I have ever had. The bus did not pick me up. First, the bus was delayed, and the captain informed us that it would arrive at 4:00 PM. After that, we were asked to wait until 4:15 PM. Worst Customer care and Bus Contact support, last night I have travelled in Intrcity which left passengers on road without bus crew contact and Bus Staff are very rude always no answer and response, customer support is more than Bus crew when I asked for support they told me to cancel my ticket where my bus left without boarding my family and we have chased to board bus, the reply driver gave me stunning that bus operator asked them to leave. NEVER RELY ON INTRCITY

First of all, I was having severe stomach pain and needed to use the washroom, so I politely asked the driver. However, I was spoken to in an inappropriate manner. If there are no washroom breaks or designated stops on the route, passengers should be informed in advance. It is not right to make fun of or be rude to someone who is facing a medical issue or an emergency. I hope better behavior will be shown toward passengers in the future. Either provide proper washroom facilities in your vehicle

Don't book this Intercity Smart Bus. The staff's behavior was rude and disrespectful, making the journey unpleasant. A professional and customer-friendly attitude is expected but was completely lacking.
Very disappointing experience with IntrCity. My Delhi to Lucknow bus (19 June, 10:45 PM from ISBT Kashmiri Gate) was suddenly cancelled at 10:09 PM while I was already on the way from Gurugram. No prior notice, no valid reason. Customer support was unresponsive, and instead of helping with an alternative, they simply processed a refund. I am a regular customer (2-3 round trips every month), so this kind of service is really unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be choosing IntrC
worst service ever. If you are on intrcity, even if they dedicatedly halt for dinner, don't go to eat. They will just leave you and go. Afterwhich you will not be able to contact the driver or customer care. Now the time is 11.20PM. I'm somewhere away from Thrissur. Booked my ticket to chennai. As we're eating, they just left us and moved. They didnot even attempt to call us back. We know how quick to have dinner during such time bound travel. Still we are left. All our luggage is in the bus.

Heavy rash driving and worst experience. I am just giving stars for the bus amenities and ambiance. This rah driving may cause severe accidents. so try to avoid this intercity buses
