One of the worst bus booking app with no proper service and response. They are scamming peoples by not boarding them and not returning that amount also. The bus captains are not even calling the passenger and not waiting atleast 2 minutes for the passenger at boarding point. The bus is also coming late and not arriving at on time.
One of the worst bus services their running. Last week I have book tickets for my parents from Nellore to Bangalore they have boarded in Nellore on the way to Bangalore in Tirupati RTO officer has stop the bus at 1.30am and asked the documents the funny thing is bus hasn't registered and even the driver didn't has driving licence that's how they running their business with people's lives. Today also I book ticket from Bangalore to Nellore from my parents without informing they have changed time

Very bad experience The bus staff asked me not to push back the seat as the person behind my seat wanted to have his bag on his lap. How is this justified? Booking a seat with reality to have push back and someone forcing you to not to utilise the facility. Very bad experience How come bus staff ask a passenger not to push his seat back?
I have informed the driver that I will be late for only 5-10 mins. I arrived arround 7 mins late. But driver didn't stop the bus and I missed it only by 7mins

"Terrible experience on the Ahmedabad to Mumbai route. Even after paying for 2 seats, the captain forced us to pay an extra ₹500 for a 7-year-old child just as the bus started, taking advantage of a woman traveling alone. Very unprofessional behavior toward regular customers. I highly recommend avoiding this bus service if you are traveling with kids."
Intercity Bus captain didn't pick me and won't call me yesterday. I reached the boarding padappai point half an hour before and bus crossed flyover. Finally I lost my money, I can't reach Bangalore and customer care also always busy.
had a very disappointing experience with Intercity Smart Bus. The bus was not even operating at the boarding point, and there was no responsible staff present to address the situation or assist passengers. We were left completely stranded without any proper communication or support. In the end, passengers were forced to arrange their own alternative travel at the last moment, causing unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable .
Absolutely terrible service. The driver deliberately ignored a passenger waiting at the boarding point and didn’t even bother to stop. This level of negligence is unacceptable and shows zero professionalism. On top of that, customer care was useless and provided no support when it actually mattered. Completely disappointing experience-would not recommend this service to anyone.
intercity is one of the worst bus services I have experienced, they change the bus as soon as the payment is made for the journey and the buses from this app are always delayed by 3hours and unhygienic bus with ride bus crew, my last travel to Goa was delayed by 3 hours and I had to wait on the road till 3am midnight and driver adviced me not to board and the refund will be done but so far no response from intercity regarding my refund.. this is just like gambling our lives.
Terrible experience-not family-friendly. The bus is cramped, but the staff’s behavior is the real issue. Our 3-year-old was nauseous, yet the driver refused to stop. When he finally did, he was more worried about the carpet than a sick child. Later, he shouted and threatened force to make us get off during a dinner break while our daughter was asleep. Completely unprofessional and heartless. I strongly advise families to avoid this service at all costs.

I had a very poor experience with IntrCity on my Hyd to Tirupati journey. The bus advertised a washroom, but I was charged a penalty for using it, which is misleading and unfair. No such charges were disclosed at the time of booking, and a private operator cannot impose arbitrary fines without prior consent. The staff failed to provide any proper explanation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I am considering raising this issue with consumer authorities and advise others to be cautious.
very worst no proper contact and communication, almost two hours standing in boarding point
journey experience was really pathetic. avoid as much as you can. app design and function is good. but at the end of service provided to the customer is 0 then even Good app can't save. first start working on proper customer handling and improving journey experience. this is going to be the first and last time with them after such pathetic and horrible customer handling. i have already sent mail and raised ticket in the app as well but still no one acknowledged it.
The worst bus i suggest don't use intrcity bus services they cancel our journeys while travelling. I had a very poor experience with your bus service. They are forcing passengers to cancel tickets 20 minutes before boarding, and if not, passengers are forced to travel partially even when the service is not as promised. This feels unfair and like the company is misusing public money. They are taking money from passengers by giving the locations which they are not providing services. So Don't book
I booked because it had toilet inside. but everything else is terrible. don't trust it. puts fake reviews in Google. extremely pathetic service. and the ac is broken so I couldn't close it. I had to bear it directly on my face throughout
before booking they show bathroom in the bus while traveling to bus there will not be bath room so please request to not book in intercity bus very horable travelling in bus
The worst experience I had with this bus not once but twice , delays are worst , no timely update . never choosing again
First, my bus GPS tracker stopped working. Then, when I reached the pickup point at 10:20 AM (my actual drop time is 9:20 AM), there was confusion. The pickup van only went to a specific location based on how many people were going there. Because of this, the remaining passengers, including me, had to go to the metro station on our own. This is very poor service and caused a lot of inconvenience. Whenever I try to give the feedback it's not accepted this is also a full comedy.
Will never choose IntrCity Bus again. We booked this trip for an emergency, but they cancelled the bus on the travel day without any prior notice. We had no option but to travel by car and cancel our return ticket. It was our first time booking with IntrCity, and the experience was extremely disappointing. They didn’t arrange any alternate bus either. It was a long weekend, and it felt like they cancelled tickets just to make more money. Never trust this operator.

Route: Gurugram to Gorakhpur (Bus: UP 53 KT 8412) I am writing this to highlight a severe lapse in safety and professional ethics. During a recent trip, the Captain (Rakesh Kumar Rajak) attempted to abandon a female passenger at a 1 AM stop (Shivmama Dhaba) despite her being in the washroom. Instead of calling her, the staff used abusive language. When the passenger sought police assistance in Agra, the Captain manipulated other passengers to turn against her to avoid accountability.
I had booked a ticket from Guduvanchery to Madurai. However, the bus did not stop at my boarding point, and I did not receive any call from the staff. When I enquired, the staff mentioned that my number was not reachable, which is incorrect. I had already confirmed my presence at Guduvanchery when I received a call while the bus was leaving Kilambakkam bus stand I tried calling the driver, but he disconnected my call.
I booked a bus from Indore to Nashik, first it was late by 1 hr, then 2, then 3 and then finally it arrived after 4 hrs. Then the bus staff told us that the bus was not working properly and we won't get any other bus in exchange. It was supposed to reach Nashik by 7:30 in the morning but it only covered half the distance till 8:30 in the morning. And it was running late by over 12 hrs. Finally the bus staff arranged some school bus from there to Nashik but for an extra price of 400 per person.
I have feedback from multiple journeys. Toilet was of no use. Attender was rude. Demanded money for 2nd luggage claiming it as parcel even though the contents are clothes. Stopped bus every now and then after Vijayawada to get passengers enroute. That experience was like a city bus. over all customer experience is awful

Worst experience ever. This app is completely unreliable and feels like a scam.I booked 2 tickets with add-ons, and the bus was cancelled by the operator-not by me. Still, they refunded only part of the amount and kept the add-on charges. This is unacceptable and misleading.This is not the first time-every time I book, tickets get cancelled and full refunds are not given. Stop cheating customers. If the operator cancels, you must refund 100% of the amount.Fix this immediately and refund.
I am disappointed with the overall service experience. Whether it is summer or winter, only a small 500 ml water bottle is provided, and no extra bottle or carry-out option is available. The luggage handling was also very poor, as my luggage was left partially wet. In addition, the driving was uncomfortable, with the vehicle being driven roughly over speed breakers and uneven roads, causing unnecessary disturbance to passengers. I expected a much more professional and customer-friendly service.
worst travel,bus annoying sound,stopping for restroom at worst place,bus was not clean throughout night travel didn't sleep because of the bus engine sound/horn sound,usually sound will be restricted after door closed but in intrcity we get clear noise & full vibration on little bumps really got body pain wrost experience workers are good but complete bus & travel wrost -100,this is not first time this is third time & I have reported intrcity but they didn't change thats y I complain here...
