MFA doesn't work with their accounts and their support is useless. I've gone 20+ updates with them sending me the same level 1 support articles. Absolutely useless customer support.
Terrible app. Everything stated is incorrect. I was given offers for re financing a vehicle at 4% and after pulling my credit (which damages the score) they gave me an offer of 14.5% (because of the age of my vehicle which credit karma already had to base their original offer off of) Everyone I talk to in life personally and professionally I will tell them how poor of a company credit karma is. You guys just made a life long enemy.
this app is all over the board..that dumb!! I have been watching a card and I went from..my approval rate is excellent..and now it's "fair" so dumb!
I can't give you more than a one Star rating. every single credit score I have is In the 740's or 750's and y'all wanna say I'm 723? if you can't do anything better than don't bother
I received money back on taxes and they said I could save money by transferring it to this account. now I go to access the money and it's giving me that busy signal and will not let me access my money!
I don't trust anything from Intuit anymore all they do is scam and misrepresent what they're giving you and how much it costs and get out of it by some fine print somewhere. Just like the whole "Free free free free free..." ads when it wasn't actually free and all the interest rates they show that you'll never actually get.

costumer service was rude w ouldn't send me to a supervisor even though asked several times.
used to be good. can't login without a subscription phone number anymore. customer service was no help. they recommend cards you don't qualify for so they get paid. not recommended at all
How about you stop having 30 minute load times on 7G wifi
They are so far behind in their review of my account and my new credit score. I wish we had real-time info.
I am never using credit Karma ever again, one the reports are never up to date and i used them for when taxes come in and now it won't let me withdraw my money to my card because its a discover like i had a choice my bank was gonna switch. And the daily limite to send to my bank account is 1,000. Never again

Be careful applying through Credit Karma. I was shown a 4.24% auto refinance offer for 84 months with LendingClub, but after spending over an hour applying, I was offered 5.63% instead. That’s a big difference and feels misleading. Now they have all my personal data with no benefit to me. I’ve deactivated my Credit Karma account. Just a heads up for others.
app and website have stopped working. I contacted customer service in the spring of 2025, and one year later the issues are not solved, with really slow support. my brokerage and ira accounts stopped syncing , appear 3 times, and there is no way to remove them. I loved Mint finance, it worked great for many years. eventually Credit Karma took it over and I was forced to convert Mint for CK. I an switching NerdWallet, which seems better. but i.lost 5 years of CK History, this way
Reduced to absolutely hating this company on their ads alone. The ONLY company who's ads will force open the app 3 times and force open a browser page twice in one 20 second ad before opening the app again when you click the X. Ads are everywhere and just as intrusive as any virus.
tried to log in with an email address that I can use and unfortunately I have another email address that I cannot get to and it will not let me log in with my new email address I would give it a minus 1 trillion if I could

Acount linked to an email from 10 years ago. Cannot access my account and they offer ZERO support. This is the only way to reach out to support apparently.
this is trash, it is worthless, serves no point, gives incorrect credit score. do not use, only here to make money off you and put dings on your credit score when you apply for credit cards. plus its just a front for them to make money from companies who only offer high intrest loans. NOT WORTH USING! EXPERIAN IS BETTER

Now Credit Karma why have you added a California address? What is wrong with this whole system? You do not have an easy access to change on app. I have a bunch of addresses. 1 I have no clue how it got added to me. I have never in my life lived by the west coast. Seriously how can I trust any scores. And my insurance went from 107 to 163... I will never open that driving score portion you offer. Also my tax portion has been wrong idk how many times which is why either I used this once or never
been using them for years, they are inaccurate and late on EVERYTHING! Also you can't change your place of employment they have forced me to keep my job from 2020 on there with zero ways to change it. This is the same company that stole money from me every year when filing my taxes. Never again! Fix your app it's 2026. You should be able to update your place of employment on the app. (edit) obviously this went over your head.. talking about my employer not my reports. 🤦
When i go to make my account it asks for my phone number. Okay not that bad, but my wifi apparently died or something and it failed. so i tried it again a few times. Now im blicked from signing up with my phone number and all it says is "too many attempts, please try again or contact customer support" however there isnt an option to do that in the app.
You are forcing me to use your App? You wouldn't let me login without downloading the App? I didn't want to use the App. I want to login from the internet. Only reason I logged into the App is to delete my account. Lots of other credit monitoring companies to choose from. bye!
this app told me my scores dropped from 780s to 600 in Dec. Only thing that happened was that I got a new job. My bank let's me check and I'm 790. the hell are the people who run this app doing?!?

bait and switch. they will definitely lie about what you will be charged by the partnered card company. it does say we try to make sure everything is correct but that is just how they keep you from suing them for misleading statements about cards. use experian instead. I have 4 cards thru them and all are exactly as stated. credit karma is predatory, they get kickbacks for sticking it to you so STAY AWAY !!!
where it is nice to have a card to be there for emergencies or such. It is not worth the time and headache this card will bring if you need to close or anything. Would not suggest to anyone if they dont want a headache. Took almost 2 week to close the account. Just sad.

I wanted to access the web version.... But I need to download the app to access anything... Reply, there is something to send. The web version forces you to download the app.

I used to have positive experiences but in when I lost my job in October 2024. I had no money coming in I had a nightmare getting though to anyone online or by phone or any other way of communication. I live in Arkansas and I have 3 kids and when I went to get on foodstamps. I found out that there was 17 cents in a savings account that I could get a statement on but I couldn't get a statement for the checking account because they closed that when no money was coming in and they closed it .
I paid off my student loans a month ago and it's still saying I owe the monthly payment and the debt still exists. It says the account is refreshed but.....I definitely paid it. It says I have 2x the amount of investments that I actually do. I tried correcting it, but it won't let me. This app was INCREDIBLE when it was Mint. Now all I see are ads and incorrect data. The second I have the time to find an app like mint, I'm gone.
Update 5/2/2026: We need to create and follow a budget, a function not supported by Credit Karma, so we deleted our account. We have been using Monarch for about a week and it does everything we need and much more. Plus, we do not have to deal with all of the unwanted advertising that's in Credit Karma. Original Review: It's a good app but not as good as Mint was. CK is too focused on marketing products instead of increasing usefulness to the budget minded users.
