well. for years I used Credit karma. I changed my phone number and now it's nothing short of a pain in the a**. i can't log in. i went down all the lazy avenues available. i put codes 8n and it says they don't match, I try to change my number, password. nothing. i will lose interest shortly and never use Credit Karma again.
got locked out if my account tried to change phone number havent had that one for a while went to contact us and all its just bunch of bs videos not helpful at all I just want my account to open yes I put my ssn yes I tired to change password yes I even hit the button to change phone number got verification codes on both email and new phone number and still not letting me into my account
Keep having issues logging in. It sends a code to my phone, when i try to change the number it says it can't verify the number, I tried changing the password and logging on through a browser was useless as it kept saying there was a technical issue. I used this app for years with no problem then suddenly it stopped working.
Don't change your phone number! you'll never get back into your account! And there's no phone number to call anyone. Only customer service articles to read which aren't helpful. So even though my thumbprint matches, verified through email and entered my social security number, I can't access my account because I changed my phone number and can no longer receive texts to that number. Are there any real people that can help me access my account????
Applying for loans through this app has completely ruined my phone number. I never got scam calls before and now I get several scam calls a day and now miss very important calls because of it. I gave them a negative review for this exact and legitimate reason before and it looks like they had it removed so I'll keep putting it back so others know the risks.
good but shoves app in your face on desktop. on principle I am 1 starring this
support is very unhelpful if you change your phone number make sure its before you have lost access to your old one or have great camera quality cause the selfie won't work it says 2 blurry when I don't see any blur and support just repeating themselves without listening to what you say? and then leave the chat. so unhelpful. it shouldn't be so hard to log in when you literally have the password!!!
Great for what its entended for. Its the ads, every app or website i visit shiws a credit karma add that i cant close out. so dumb
this is stupid! cant even update my phone number. right away it says contact support. why even have that option if you cant update it within the app.
another ai customer support service, this one does not allow me to log in with my face being undetectable under facial scans. emails are left in red or closed completely before issue is resolved. and there is no work around the ai customer service with people I am %100 sure are not real human beings. avoid apps with ai customer service in any service, this is a huge suggestion
it won't let me log in because I have no access to my old device or number and I currently don't have my license card and you guys offer no help to get in without those items so I'm done using your services. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I cannot verify my email. I get an error every time I try to enter the verification code sent to my email. This has happened multiple times while I was trying to set up an account, all on different days.
I need to reset my password and it won't let me..until fixed you are only getting it a one star
hard Inquiry!! when I was playing with their pre approval process that claims no hard inquiries there's a fine line that no one talks about. I woke up to a hard inquiry this morning I called the bank directly LIberty Financial and they've been dealing with angry customers that have the same story as i do. be very careful!!

finally able to get it to work.....dont bank on the "Credit Karma Guarantee".....the whole $50 if you dont get approved is bs.....I've never received $50

Very outdated information used. 12 year old auto loan shown, but last 3 auto loans aren't even reporting or monitored. Home mortgage not shown, many item dates and closure dates are way off. More for giving you a list of credit card offers and auto insurance to apply for. If you want something to give you a rough and I do mean a rough idea where your credit rating sits, this app does it, but remember your real credit score by the big 3 reporting companies can be as much as 100 - 150 lower.
nowhere even close to what my credit union is reporting....credit scores are completely skewed...items that dont show up in the app but do through the credit union. horrible app
751 credit karma score 695 fico score 🤦🏻💀 the gap is DRASTIC.
Customer service is beyond terrible. I worry about what else is going on with credit karma.

seems like it doesn't make any difference if you have a good credit score you can't do a damn thing with it because apparently I'm below poverty level that and being on disability doesn't seem to help either I can't get a loan no matter what not even for a small loan like a 1, 000 or even $200 nothing seems to accept anything this seems more useless to me
A clear nickel-and-dime scheme from Intuit. After I already paid TurboTax to file taxes they want to charge me to give me money to receive it to my bank or send it to CK for free. Fine. Except CK wants 1.75% for instant transfers to my bank OR you can wait 2-3 business days with a 1k daily limit. Except I already paid you Intuit... CK actually makes me want to stop using your products all together. ofc... Credit Card offer spam and all is the point of this app too. Helping you is secondary.

Was a pretty good app, for several years, until today... I applied for a loan that I had "Outstanding approval odds" to recieve it and NO hard inquiry unless you are approved. Well, I was told I wasn't approved, AFTER the loan company approved it and I got nailed with the hard inquiry! What a load of garbage!! NOT COOL, CREDIT KARMA!!!! 🤬 That hard inquiry better be removed... I've already lost 5 points today and I have NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT! DELETING and NOT referring EVER!!!! Zero⭐

it's all lies and deception. Intuit is in the same class as a payday loan company. the app itself is beyond horrible. How does Intuit stay in business paying off the right politicians??
Don't put your information in to check for lower car insurance rates i did and my credit score dropped more than 40 points. BEWARE!
worst app I ever used! I was able to use it one time. Then they blocked me out of my account refused me from accessing my account, and told me I had to contact customer service every time I wanted access to it. please DONT GET THIS APP!
This app is a bit pathetic. the data is clearly outdated at all times as it's always incorrect and way behind my actual status (even though I've given it permissions to access my data) and it's clearly nothing more than an AD generator. (Apply for this, apply for that, buy a car, buy a house, your credit score is outstanding yet it sucks etc etc) They don't even know where I work, I had to tell them I own my home outright, I'm 57 they say my credit history just began yet I own my home.
lies to you about your credit score so when you try and get approved for things you think your score is higher than it is. then the credit check lowers it even more
The loan offers in this are basically fake. They link to loan providers who then present you with completely different loan. APR was nearly twice what CK said it would be and at my score and history it has nothing to do with anything I did. Don't get me started on "origination fees."
Don't believe anything this app says about refining, because it's all a lie, to the percentage they say add up to 1% or 2%. They should not allow lies in their application. I got APPROVED UNFORTUNATELY NOT ONLY FOR $500 BUT WITHOUT A BALANCE TRANSFER. WHO FAULT IT IS? C.K. OR COMPANIES WHO TRICK PEOPLE? I APPLY FOR 3 MAYOR BALANCE TO HELP MYSELF PAID OFF FASTER AND KEEP UP MY GOOD STANDING RECORD, NOW AM STUCK WITH A CARD I DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO USE AT ALL. SHAMELESS AND DISHONORED ACTIONS.
