Subscription is mandatory to use despite being a very basic app with fewer and less accurate metrics than the free Garmin app I already use with my watch. I just wanted something fun to add some spice to my runs, but it's not worth the subscription fee to me whatsoever. Wish these apps were honest and up front and disclosed this before going through the effort of creating an account.
doesn't record the runs when my phone screen is locked 🤦🏽♀️ all permissions allowed in settings, very annoying.. wish I could use the app properly
Does not record concurrently with your existing running app. Multiple "App not responding" just to save what little it did record.

I've used this app a few times and this is not a good running app. I hardly write reviews and let this be known this app blows. Do not waste your money as this app can't even track the most basic routes not only will it cheat you out of miles you've ran but territory as it will show that you some how teleported across the city. Honestly a waste of money.
What a horribly made application.
App does not work! GPS always crashes and have never been able to track a run! Seriously terrible time! i followed all instructions to give the app all my battery, data, and power to no avail. now I need to figure out how to get all of my data deleted! at this rate they may have created a missionary to prevent anyone from using this app ever!
Great idea, poor performance. The app no longer saves runs and won't import from garmin.

I'd love this to work as gamifying would be great. unfortunately its riddled with bugs and glitches as far as I can see: it stops running; misses chunks of my run; and sometimes doesn't record anything. a real shame.

Cool concept, but why is it $8/month or $50/year just to run? This could be free and it would be 5 stars, what a rip off, find another way to make money, or make it a one time purchase.

Horribly optimized tried to record runs multiple times but the app keeps crashing. Impossible to use the phone for anything else while this is running. Cannot recommend
You have to pay to run which is really weird for me Because I just want to run AND I CAN'T i wanna get in some cardio I can't because I have to pay please, can you make this app free at the lowest standard just I do not want to pay for it i love the concept to run so please make it free then I will download

This app keeps freezing while I'm running and doesn't record my distance. I gave it all the permission location as advised by a friend, but it still doesn't work for me. I need my money back!

its a really exciting idea and I had fun at first but the app works poorly. if it looses internet connection for even a seccond it won't record the run n won't capture the area. 50% of my runs didnt count. If Im going to pay for an app it needs to be reliable.
great idea. poor implementation. should rename this app the heartbreaker. 1st mile - messing around restarting run because its not tracking distance. next run, checked to make sure everything was tracking correct for first mile. finish a 5 mile run, the run had paused itself at 1.15 miles. 3rd run got to the finish, app says im more than 200m from starting point even though im stood to exact spot to the meter. thought it was a fun idea to add to my runs but nope. I'll go back to strava

sometime the gps is lost and we can't connect to our territory I ran for 20 km and i saw that my territory showed gps lost near 15km
Too overhelming with many concepts - Clubs, Groups.. friends, following.. XP, levels, etc. Some of them aren't very intuitive or even can't be used. F.ex. Country filter on groups isn't possible to use. Too pushy to buy Pro level. place to grow. p.s. support is non-existant. This project is dead-end
clunky, cluttered app with most of its features locked behind progress milestones and paywalls - including heart rate charts (it's importing my HR data from a running watch which has all of these analytics included in its own, free app). There's no way to look at the map with just your own territories. Not many active users in my area so it got boring by the time the trial was up. Not really sure what value it provides for $40/year, much less the premium tier.
