This app has had problems with login for years and it's never been fixed. In it's current state it's unusable for me.

Refuses to allow me to log in on my Huawei tablet despite being able to do so on my smartphone. No way to move forward. Customer service were useless.

Despite being a subscriber for digital and paper confirmed cannot log in frustrating I spoke to someone again today confirms I am upto date in subs yet cannot help me to read online. Can someone help
Very poor app. If it carries on like this I'm canceling. Please sort it out. September 2021 great to see no feed back from the developers! App still pants I have to delete and reinstall the app every Thursday evening! What's the point of reviews if the developers don't respond? Zero stars from me.

A bit of a faff atm
Poor, poor, poor. Password reset requests seem to be simply ignored, they certainly aren't actioned. I can't decide whether this app is a waste of money or outright theft, and I'm tending towards the latter.
Oh! How i wish i'd read the reviews before subscribing and downloading. Invalid credentials. Tried the password reset but no email 4 hours later. This stuff as to work, or people will just move on without even finishing the sent...
APP says my subscription not valid, even though the website recognises my new subscription
It does not work. I even had a email saying account and direct debit is set up and that was days ago. I emailed customer support several days ago and still no response. Turnaround time of 5 days apparently, which is rubbish. Think I will cancel as the customer journey is very bad

I would give it 0/5 if this review would let me! Absolutely useless Investors chronicle have without warning withdrawn the magazine download facility and the App is so poorly written & riddled with bugs that it is impossble to use online. I can log on to the website using my desktop but the android App will not accept my login details & comes up with "Page not found" from the "Forgotten your password" button Now a total waste of my digital magazine subscription I would give it 0/5 if this review would let me!

Have a digital subscription but cannot access any issues. Judging from other reviews this problem has existed for years. Why can this not be sorted?? Use the web app instead

Cannot access my account, apparently there is a missing parameter. I can access the site on a PC and an iPad but not this Android phone
I love the investors chronicle but this app is awful
Paid for a sub, downloaded the app. It told me I could download 170 back issues and then decided I have nothing to download. Awful app, low grade and no effort whatsoever made by the publisher.

Pile of crap for an app, was expecting something similar to the Economist app.
I have been a subscriber to IC for decades. Tried logging on, but got error message 'There is a problem with your credentials'. Uninstalled app and reinstalled with same results. This problem has been reported by others so why does IC ignore the problem?
Really disappointed to find that after a couple of weeks working okay, this app is now denying me access. I am a paper and on line subscriber and the online version works well with no such issues.Very poor FT you need to get these access issues sorted out.
The bottom of each pages is clipped off.
Regular problem of not being recognised when trying to log on. My browser prevents me from submitting my username and password via the app and warns me that the page is not secure.
Clunky and flakey
Seems loads of people can't log in after getting an email acceptance. It's a nuisance but can be sorted quickly by getting in touch with customer service. No idea why, and the should sort it, but once working, app is nice.
Crashes most times on my phone... Only gives me a downloadable copy of weekly issue hence not great functionality (phone is oneplus5)
