Today, I was playing the game when suddenly it crashed. I tried to close and reopen the game, but it showed "server issues." After 2-3 hours, I realized it wasn’t actually a server problem - my game had just crashed. So I watched some YouTube videos. They suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I did that, but now the game starts from the beginning and I lost all my progress.😭
Played the game about a year ago and thought it wasn't a bad game, but tried to come back to play the a few days ago after not play for 7-8 months. I couldn't load my profile up not being able to so went to the help desk section to see if I could get assistance with this issue. The ubisoft support said they would take 48 hours at most to respond but after almost 72 hours no response even after adding receipts showing I made in purchases to help see if I can get my profile back.
Just lost 5 tech jackets to the eather because of a server error and have not been able to login for over an hour. fix this for the love of god.
glitches out no longer playing
wife started a game got tech jacket 27 times and aquaris 84 and space racer 12 times, she logged onto today and the game made her start over needless to say you just lost a couple of spenders
keeps asking to restart the game
After playing for 3 weeks and spending about $400, the game became unplayable. It sends me on an infinite loop of needing to restart the game. Happens on wifi and mobile data. Gave up trying and uninstalled the game. Waste of my time and money.
Routinely offers in game packages for $50 to 100s of dollars. beyond lazy.

This is a fun game and id love to keep playing it but for some reason im stuck in the tutorial with either the dialog not going away or the game wants me to select a character and because they are already on my team i cant select them so nothing happens and i cant start the level ive waited update after update and this issue isnt getting fixed
first of all the sound of it is terrible and it sucks
its been exactly ONE WEEK the alliance server down and i have missed tons of rewards and war.. when will this issue be solved??!!
It isn't a game. You just watch the same fight over and over again. You can choose to auto super attack or press a single button when the attack is charged. Literally, that is the only input the player has. The opponents go from clean to splatted with blood, nothing between And nothing too gruesome. That's all. Tons of opportunities to spend money though. If spending money to watch the software play a game for you is your thing... this... this might be what you've been searching for.
Awesome game with frequent updates, but as far as help with technical issues good luck getting a response. Starting to feel more like all that matters is new updates for money grab than actually providing assistance to technical issues.
Bugged mess. Glitched rewards that disappear after you claim them.
it can be fun on the first day, and seem like there's a lot of depth... but it very quickly becomes a daily 5-minute habit of rotating out teams for afk nodes and move on with your life. The way you progress is basically presented as a pyramid scheme - 3 dudes become 1, but you need 2 of THOSE to make a stronger dude, so on and so forth. all of which the devs make it annoyingly obvious that money will skip all that... but there's only barebones content out anyways so it's egregiously predatory
Exactly how I expected it to be. Besides now where it won't run for 5 minutes. 🤦🏽♂️
Servers are still pretty garbage and instead of fixing them they now pop-up a message that states it will restart the game, but it doesn't and it just hangs. I end up pausing and restarting the app before every opening. Wish they could get this right
