This App Sucks. I am now on my 6th attempt to edit. It does not save, it is impossible to edit, it is just really, really, not user friendly, everything moves weird, is too small, does not save and you have to start over and really sucks. Im going to uninstall and just do it on the website. Save yourself the frustration.
only sends to American and Canadian phone numbers! Its also NOT FREE, It costs $42 min to send any invitations out!

This is not a user friendly app it's slow go off line often.Its an app I truly can live a lifetime without
super difficult to manage and send an invite.
The idea is good to send a digital card but for the price of a one digital card this is a scam garbage service

It's ridiculous this logs me out every 5m despite being fully updated. It's likely because I use multiple devices but who cares? This isn't a bank - stop acting like one. Let me sessions live! (PS: I work in auth in tech)
it said it would let you customize it, but wouldn't let you remove the options they give you that are extra and unnecessary especially if you're trying to streamline and keep it simple. they just want to take all your coins. didn't even make my thank you notes just deleted it.
Insane prices for virtual invitation and tracking. traps you with a million questions before telling you it's going to cost $100. do better.

Pointless and flaky - uninstalled.
it never opens. I will never use Paperless Post again. The prices to send what are essentially virtual invitations are absolutely insane - I had to spend $50 just to send out a little over 10 invites. That’s ridiculous. To make matters worse, the app is consistently unreliable. I’m constantly stuck fighting to get past the opening screen, especially when I actually need it to work. For something that’s supposed to make event planning easier, this added nothing but frustration.
Unfortunately, it's functionally unusable. The app has buttons on the top and bottom of the screen, BEHIND the OS buttons. Ironically I can't submit a support item letting them know, because the "Send" and "Attach" buttons are behind my phone's battery percentage (and unclickable). When trying to manage events, the primary actions are along the bottom of the screen, behind my Back/Home buttons. Pixel 9 Pro, Android 15, 3-Button Navigation enabled

First, I'm glad that there's finally an Android app. I was frustrated for years that it was only available on the Apple Store. Second, their invites are fantastic. The app experience is not good. I hit the back button and it exits me out of the app, losing all my progress. That's a bug that needs to be fixed. You can't sort or categorize guests by their status. When I go to edit guest details for an invite that has already been sent out, I cannot add a guest, only delete is available.

Love the invites but too many glitches. When I first started using it, the app would remember my log in. Now I have to log in every time I open it. Then for some reason I was unable to send invites from the app anymore. I have to use the desktop version to send. And now I can't even add guests via the app. Very frustrating
Did not save my design properly, parts of it disappeared at times. Looks good, doesn't work reliably.

Android App doesn't allow you to see what you're typing. I usually like to see what I'm typing.

App constantly freezes and says I'm offline. I have to frequently restart the app just to move onto another page. Definitely works best on the web.
