this is a kak app it worked fine now it all of a sudden online and it wants me to sign up that I must pay hundreds and even thousands, why do this app want my money all of a sudden?

muy mal servicio de ayuda usualmente responden en 5 o 8 dias. (si es que responden) aun que trates de contactarlos. tiene muchas onconsistencias con las fechas de los estimados y los invoices. ( tiene un problema con tomar la hora actual del dispositivo . aun que la ajustes. siempre mostrara otra hora. entre otras cosas ( no puedes hacer appointments ) tienes que comprar otra app. 🤨 . en fin. esperando que se termine my subscripcion y me cambio.

Very dissapointed . Been a loyal client to them for 6 years. I found it convenient to be able to switch subscriptions as the different companies go through phases. Now they only want to bill you annualy if you want to upgrade. So you have to buy a full year subscription where as it was alot less costly to just pay monthly. Then if you cancel,you lose all your invoices and data. I wil now look at changing all 4 my bussines to SAGE.

I’ve been using this application for a while, and after reinstalling it, I missed only four days of payment because I was away for the Independence Celebration holiday. When I came back, I found that the app failed to properly check my account and completely deleted all my customer and grants information. This is unacceptable. Important data should not disappear so easily. Please email me, as I urgently need some of my deleted data recovered.Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this

Avoid if you can, disgusting app
i liked the app until I chanced to premium, i selected monthly billing. They charged me a one-time annual fee of $260.43 instead of monthly. So I canceled to attempt monthly again, it tells me I have to wait until my current subscription expires (if it expires they delete ALL invoices). I will go out of my way to tell others to steer clear of this app unless they fix this
This app will loose you money! App will update and automatically change payments and amounts due. Customer service is an absolute joke. I don't recommend at all!!! Heading to quickbooks.
Not User Friendly..
absolutely trash, 5 invoices annually are free, they don't mention it till then, so you'll make 5 invoices that look different from the rest, it was free for years... RIP
poor customisation for the invoices.. I paid for this app and still keeps asking me to give it rate

Great app, but keeps crashing on my chromebook and now won't open. Have tried everything
used it for a couple of years and now recently it does not show certain parts of the invoice or is showing things for different dates to what ive actually written. very weird but not happy with this
