This app used to be a reliable tool, but the recent updates are a major letdown. Even though they already force a **watermark** on every documents essentially using our clients for free advertising they have now capped generation at just **3 invoices per day**. Restricting a business tool this heavily makes it nearly useless for daily operations. It’s greedy to demand more money while still cluttering our professional output with their branding. I’ll be looking for a better alternative.

randomly stopped working, its hanging when im selecting item. and an AI advertisement link keeps popping up

i have over 120 invoice and over 80 customers base details on app. I've been used this app for 1 year. now app asking monthly or year subscription for open new invoice. i can't run business now without billing invoice. very disappointed. not Recommend this app for long time uses.
Why is it not working????????????
First off there are so many fake reviews here. Was really good, used it for years and would happily have paid a small amount each month to use it however them suddenly locking everything behind an extortionate paywall just to fill the app with ai slop means I'll never use it again. Go download Zoho instead, that's where my business has gone.
used for like 2 years now need to pay a subscription to create invoices SUCKS!!!!
I have a paid subscription for this, and now, for some reason, every time I go to make an invoice, it says I need to pay for a subscription when I already have one. If this does not get fixed soon, as I have a backlog of invoices to send, I will be moving on to another app.
app worked great especially free version for first few years. so I decided I liked it enough to pay for it. app freezes up over past few months will not allow me to make an invoice or add customer so I deleted account and had to order new bank card to stop the reoccurring charges due to no customer service availability

I have been experiencing issues when recording payment for a number of days now. Technical support has been limited - initially involved, followed by silence over the last number of days, despite my repeated following up. The issues have persisted, causing a lot of confusion for my clients. I really want to continue to like this app, as it had generally served me well, but recent lack of resolution is prompting me to consider alternatives. Update: No resolution received as of yet.
was loving this Ap but because I won't pay to upgrade, I can't do anything with it. I only use it for my own reference for my wages as I'm self employed
client never received invoice. I have sent the invoice 4 times and they have never received any of the 4. Last one was sent in front of them. would not recommend this app...always has bugs.
Its been inconvenient since months ago .. Constant app crashes during usage.. Not much point being a paying subscriber... Only works well on Windows through the website.. The app however sucks.. Its bewildering that they dont give an axx about it... Will definitely port out soon of not resolved.. And yes.. Ive shared videos to their so called support few times but no replies... It used to be good, reliable, now ots a mess, app developed by incompetent people.. Infuriating!
third class application, don't care about data
freezes every time i try to do anything. copy an invoice, app freezes. select an item app freezes. You charge me $20 a month and the app doesnt work!
absolutely disgusting service and ai generated responses. no follow ups and definitely no communication. staff ignore you. despite showing online.
Worked fine for some time like few months, i even considered starting paying for this app, but then it started to freeze. And not on just one, but on both devices i use. Sayonara.
its a decent record keeper, been using it for years. but photos aren't kept clear and legible through their app alone. making me feel not safe if it ever came to being audited. it shouldn't be too hard to keep a secure record for the ATO and not you to have to do extra record keeping on the side, it's what people what with these apps and not worth now $200 once you become a loyal customer
I love this app but it keeps freezing! so frustrating. please please fix this issue, I keep losing my invoices
im really struggling with this app... when making new invoices it stuck and doesnt save sometime I'll even loose the invoice and then have to redo again...
