deceptive pricing that changes constantly. for double charged for a year and they don't care. they raise the price multiple times a year. stay far away

It kicks me out every time. Need to log in everytime. so expensive just for a limited number of invoices. Telling me my email that im using for almost 2 years on this app isn't a user. So i would not recommend this app for anyone cause off the extreme expensive price prm and cause off the lack off software.
The app is ok but they Jack the price up every month or so. they are greedy and dont care about their customers. dont bother unless you dont mind wasting your money.

This used to be a great app, but now they charge you an unreasonable fee and it feels like every so often they want to move the pricing up, im looking for another invoice app
I used to suggest this app to all small business owners. It was incredibly easy to use but anytime now that I need help I get stuck talking to an AI that eventually transfers me to a person. but the person takes about 10 minutes between messages. and I can tell that they didn't read my prior conversation with the AI, so they just keep asking the same questions it is incredibly frustrating. They're going to ask to see the payment center which is its own separate thing outside of the google play.

slow app and its getting pricey only allowed 10 invoices per month joke continous loading need to close it and reopen it for each invoice theres no customer contact section? you keep putting price up for poorer service

was great for first while. then it told me my renewal. I changed CC and have not been able to renew my subscription. its really really annoying. In app I follow the prompts and then it just takes me to a blank screen.
Very POOR customer service. They have put me on a plan I haven't paid for yet. I can't access it either. I can't send invoices unless I upgrade to the highest paying plan. I don't want to waste money I am still testing this invoice app before committing. Thank Goodness I haven't committed.. Plus when I asked the Support team member " Are you a robot"? it said it was human. But the human couldn't solve a simple issue. Either the algorithm ( Robot ) lied or the customer human support is .....
Was recommended by a small business friend and I love how simple it is to use. The features are great. Will definitely continue to use it. edit: no longer free to use, I rarely used it but now everything is locked behind a subscription.
BEWARE. Dishonest. Stripe payment QR links were added w/o permission & they never showed in preview mode. I had no idea. A older customer paid a $10,000 draw through a QR he saw on my invoice to an secret stripe account that was setup with my exact simple credentials(i never use same pw). 2 factor was never setup and stripe wouldn't help me login. Cust freaked & fired us when I couldn't verify$ & stopped payout immediately(1.5hr). SI charged my bank a non-negotiable $349 fee & I lost a 300k job

This app has slowly become worse and more expensive over the years. The customer service used to be top notch. I could get a response from a competent person the same day. Now you're lucky if they respond within a few days or at all. I'm currently looking for an alternative app.

Long-term customer. Was charged for duplicate subscriptions and followed support instructions to cancel. Was then left with no access and asked to pay again to continue using the app. Support has been unable to resolve and keeps repeating the same response. This has impacted my business.

Great app. Does whats required. only issue they went from being free to affordable monthly subscription.. now the latest version is quite expensive. if they continue with the constant crazy increases they will loose subscribers
Worked perfect for like 3 to 4 months than the app mulfunction with all my files and i lost all my data
This app is getting worse not better. Not only is it not fully customizable, it's no longer saving estimates and invoices that I sometimes spend an hour writing! Last week a paid invoice disappeared completely before I could send it to the customer. BTW, that was a three page description of the work we performed, yeah I had to rewrite the whole damn thing. I don't even reply to support since nothing they suggest will retrieve these. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting your time writing.
