They changed the subcription charges from 799 to 2k plus all of a sudden ...
if it were any good, you wouldn't be forc3d to sign up before you can even try it.

they keep raising there subscription prices every single year. it's ridiculous. Every time I have an issue there AI comes into play and it's costing me time because I have to tell it I want a live agent like 20 times before it will actually transfer me to real person. Also I pay for premium tier and some features stopped working properly. I have contacted support many times about it and it's still not resolved. I cancelled my renewal for this year and currently looking into something cheaper.
Too expensive. There are more professional services that are free and charge you just the cc fees also provide more features and customization.
No value for long time customers.. Especially ones who have been here since the start. completely under valued. Thanks for making things more and more NOT simple.
Two huge price increases in 2 years. App is good. But not great. They keep adding things to justify their price increases, but refuse to offer a lite version for those of us (like me) that don't need all the bells and whistles. I swear they are worse than the cable company. Charging you for things you didn't need or want! Will be cancelling after my subscription year is up!
( EDIT: June 11th 2026. I recieved notification that price is rising again now from $95 to $115. Since I forst start using the app 4-5 yrs ago base price FOR BASIC FEATURES went up by $50 ) As others have said, the app is wonderful and easy, but the continued price drive up on such a short time has led many to look for alternatives.

like everyone else.... total rip off scheme and bait n switch. used for long time, then they raise prices drastically, now limit how many but want $300 + to upgrade to premium nothing service.Deleting after no changes and only price increases. Dont spend your $$$.00 here.

I've been double charged for this subscription for the last 7 months and when I pointed it out they only refunded me the last month.

Every time I click on something the next loading feature takes forever, I don't have time to wait, not sure what happened but it has been like that for a month.
