I have ipbp account now I stoped using it in April 2026 they cut my ₹800/- for sms charges fees 😯for April 2025 to December 2025 time period are these fair and standard charges ??pls don't use this app or same thing will happen with you. I am going close this ac asap
My IPPB account is linked to my Post Office savings account, now I wish to close my IPPB account for which I have submitted all the required documents with my Post Office savings account details so my balance amount in IPPB can transfer to my PO account. But your Branch manager in my location is refusing to close my account and demanding for the details of my other bank account. Why should I disclose my other bank details to close my IPPB account. Pathetic
This is the most useless bank server I have seen lots of problems in this bank. This bank is not recommended for anyone according to me.
The keyboard is not showing to enter the OTP. I have not been able to login for the last 3 months.

A very inconvenient app, takes a ton of time to re-register. After you have typed every details they tell you that you have entered the same mpin which is very annoying. I can design a much better app than this bs.

most worsted app. Post and telecommunications department to request that. please stop the venchers that you tendering theis apps. Don't provide the worsted fecilites. its westege of money electricity man power of our motherland. Director of communication to suggest that, please privatization your department and give tender me. i promise that my company will the best run your system.

The most worst experience ever. I don't know what is purpose of the security questions. I have answered all the questions repeatedly more than 10 times ( same 5 questions asking repeatedly) but it keep asking randomly same questions.. why???? who is the developer and what they are doing? can't they have common sense? what is the problem? There is no such bank in the world who is harrassing in the name of Security. I know this is Govt aided Bank but have some shame and fix it.This is ridiculous

मैंने 5 मई को तुम्हारे बैंक में खाता खोला 175 का चार्ज दिया + डेबिट कार्ड के लिए 25 दिये , खाता खुला भी और मैंने phone pay में add किया बैंलेस भी चेक हो रहा है, फिर मैंने 6 मई को अपने दोस्त से 4000 रुपए डलवायें, रुपए आ भी गये , उसके 1 घंटे बाद में दुकान पर सामान लेने गया, 180 का बिल बना मैंने फोन निकाला और आपका एप्लिकेशन खोला दुकान वाले Qr स्कैन किया 180 डाले फिर UPi पिन डाला (remitter account does not exist) बताया और पेमेंट फेल हो गया, मैंने आपके बैंक का helpline number निकाला, पर बो टोल फ्री न
not so user friendly, no reset password opting, have to wait 24 hrs to transact my money.
Very disappointed with the pathetic service. Every time while changing MPIN, the app auto-fetches SMS token but shows “Token already used” error. After multiple attempts, the account gets locked. Customer care service is also very poor. Calls do not connect properly and IVR keeps asking for language selection repeatedly without response. Kindly resolve this issue urgently

worst service by indian post. they don't deserve to be a bank. It's been 4 days since I have been visiting the post office just for the KYC and no-one is there to entertain.. they just refuse to do it just by saying there is a work load on the postman. I will just quit the account. Thank god I didn't invest any significant amount.

After completion of registration and login the app not opening....im facing this issue since last 24 hours...I uninstalled the app and re installed it ..still facing same issue ....pls resolve it

ALERT: You can create account and deposit money online in IPPB but you can't transfer it using UPI or Bank transfer UNLESS YOUR KYC IS COMPLETED BY PHYSICAL VISIT TO BRANCH. I deposited a large amount and was helpless when I was about to pay a merchant using UPI. IPPB, you should atleast provide a note about this when someone opens a digital account through your app.
