Before 2 days I pay i still waiting to be activated. What is this joke how long I need to wait for VPN I paid? and I pay for 1 year no for 1 month.. What they will be activated after 1 month or What... They start to joke with people and they don't answer when you write them... I need to wait 24 hours for responds every time I ask simple questions what is this.
I bought this and they are taking 2 pins and kicking me off my own computer there are leaches on my computer

logs me out all the time
Garbage as of lately. It does not log on when any device used is restarted, it continually just drops out. What's the point? Don't waste your money... I would cancel now for the remainder of the year if I could get a partial refund. I will be, calendar is marked when my current subscription ends. 👋
Couldn't connect when travelling in the far east and the customer support afterwards when trying to cancel the extremely poor app was like speaking to a person with no hearing! Stay away. After my previously poor experience I asked for my contract to be terminated, they have, a year later taken my money, I would never, ever recommend this app to anyone as the developers are quite frankly thieves.
I have a subscription and every time I log in ,it keeps saying sessions expired due to inactivity. Something is wrong.But I'm paying for this.im still having problems and no one is helping me.
Account Termination - Avoid IPVanish cancelled my elderly mother’s account claiming “hundreds of simultaneous connections.” She can barely log into one device. Either their system is broken or her account was compromised-but instead of investigating, they shut her down and refused to provide real evidence. No transparency. No accountability. Years of loyalty meant nothing. Be warned: your account can be terminated without proof-and support won’t help.

I canceled my subscription and turned off autorenew 3 years ago and just got charged for it again. I have the support emails for the cancelation. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE A SCAM.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. Their support is a joke. The "live chat" does not exist, the messaging system does not accept messages, and it is nearly impossible to contact support by phone.
app signed me out and is saying that I not only, no longer have my subscription I pay annually, but that I had to many login attempts when I haven't opened the app? trash.
you have to purchase a plan B4 using. Not free like advertised.

Worked ok in past but now IP vanish IP addresses are typically blacklisted by streamers (for instance Australia) so no longer of any use - really disappointed and cancelled auto renewal
Do not get this VPN. This company out of no where said that they could not find my account, I gave them all my email addresses and still said they could not find my account. They have been charging my account even though they say no email associated with. They could not find me by name or invoice# to cancel my account. I had to put a block against them on my credit card in order to stop them from charging my account. Terrible customer service on their website, calling and email.

(I'm not on beta) Well it doesn't connect and trial payment can't be cancelled, so don't waste your money on servers with outdated tech. Also AI support is out of touch.

Flat out doesn't work. Took out the yearly plan, which comes with a 7-day free trial, and haven't been able to connect once. Keep getting an error message: "too many attempts - try again later." OK, I did cancel immediately after sign-up as I was only interested in the trial but if a company offers a trial aren't they at least obligated to honour it? Otherwise, why offer one?

The reason I gave it one star without even using it is because I hate the fact that you guys are removing the VPN feature from Speedtest VPN which I loved it the most...And the second reason is why is there a Paid plan for New Users in this VPN???
very bad experience
Here is the scoop. Your app worked just fine during the free, promotional period. Immediately after I committed to a month to month subscription. Your app ceased to function. Support is non existent. If you want to make this right. Offer solutions. I will gladly update my review. It worked great during the free trial. I will use your service once you fix the problem.
tried to sign up and it doesn't recognize I've subscribed so I can't even login. cancelling and deleting.
Used them for a year. I canceled the renewal in January 2026. Accidentally clicked renew in February and immediately canceled again, within 1 minute. But they still charged my credit card and have not responded to multiple requests for refund. I also do not have an active account so couldn't use it even if I wanted. They replied and said they do not offer refunds for monthly accounts. However, I had no access to the VPN. It said I do not have an active account. You basically stole my money.
payment is successful but account creation is saying error and have been trying too contact the support is not active yet... find way of solving this issue before getting too late 😔 ooo

After my 3rd request for a subscription cancelation, Customer service named Ginno tried to extort me by saying I cannot get a FULL refund unless I accept a subscription of a lesser price. I made my initial request the next day after renewal. Because it was not refunded timely, I kept requesting.
