Don't buy this VPN. It logs you out every day, causing an error and requiring you to change your password to log back in. The connection is often lost, support chats are only answered by bots (AI), no real agents, and your ticket queue is also responded to by bots without providing a solution. Also my account was unilaterally canceled for no clear reason, without any compensation and no refund. Instead, the subscription fee is still charged every month, but the account cannot access the vpn!

Not free. Nowhere is the price mentioned until after installation. Then it's £9.99/month after 7 days trial. Too rich for me, but I do resent wasting time because the dev are not upfront about their prices. Uninstalled.

I've been an IPVanish customer for years, but I've repeatedly been locked out of my account for no reason. Even after changing my password and email, support only suggested more password resets instead of investigating. They later canceled my account without a refund, citing vague claims of "account sharing" despite my using it only at home. The VPN works when connected, but the account management and support experience were extremely disappointing.

sad after yeara with ipvanish just find out my service stopped working a week before renewal would not allow mw to connect and was taking straight to renewal i would have not minded but im a person if i payed for 7 days or 2 days i want the 2 days u cut me short and i look at it as shaddy so i cut u off hope that practice gets fixed ill gladly get back to the service till then ill use someone else.
I'll look for a different one.

I’m concerned that the developer’s billing setup, refund classification, or subscription information may be preventing Apple from reviewing this fairly. The app showed a 7-day free trial, but I was charged ₱5,000 immediately. I did not use the service, cancelled the subscription, and contacted IPVanish, but they refused to refund me. This is not buyer’s remorse. I believe this was misleading subscription billing because the free trial offer did not match what happened

The 30-day money back guarantee is false, when I cancelled my subscription I was not refunded. When I opened a support case they said I had selected to not auto-renew even though I clicked the cancellation link. Don't fall for the promise of a 30-day money back guarantee - it doesn't exist.

First customers are forced to make payment, and after that they have to suffer through login and account issues just to access the service. Paid for IPVanish twice and still unable to use it because of the same problem. This system is completely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to pay first and then struggle for basic account access afterward.
how do you subscribe to ipvanish on Saturday it's now Wednesday and I'm still unable connect no one answers the phone if they do they put you on hold then they don't come they hang up I just tried ipvanish online support and they wanted to charge me an additional $5 which is crazy since I paid the full for the 4 months and now you telling me I have to pay for services to give me online that I've already paid for that's crazy I would give them less than the one star if I could
This app has truly fascinating business model. They successfully deducted my balance twice, yet their system still confidently tells me I don't have subscription and block my login. It is brilliant way to collect money without the burden of actually providing a service. Since I prefer paying for things that actually work. I have decided to uninstall this app. Thank you for the billing simulation, but this app is definitely not for me.

Hello, goodday, I have made a one month subscription without creating an account and I'm about creating the account with gmail address and password but it keep saying error use an undisposable email. till now am yet to create the account after the subscription and the subscription is running. rectify it asap so I can create an and login the vpn successfully on another device
I used to. Like this app but now they stole from Me. Made a subscription and was about to create a new account.. Then technical issue and I couldn't create an account and I still can't use my subscription. Tried to login with My Google play subscription but it didn't work. Tried to reset password to my old account, still Ipvanish didn't send any code. This is stealing.. Coperate thief!!!

Before 2 days I pay i still waiting to be activated. What is this joke how long I need to wait for VPN I paid? and I pay for 1 year no for 1 month.. What they will be activated after 1 month or What... They start to joke with people and they don't answer when you write them... I need to wait 24 hours for responds every time I ask simple questions what is this.
I bought this and they are taking 2 pins and kicking me off my own computer there are leaches on my computer
They took my money and I haven't been able to use app never could create an account tech support was useless they took forever to respond in the mean time my monthly subscription is running out glad I didn't choose the year. They dont refund for monthly so I feel I got ripped off. Buyer be wear for sure!!! very disappointed

Garbage as of lately. It does not log on when any device used is restarted, it continually just drops out. What's the point? Don't waste your money... I would cancel now for the remainder of the year if I could get a partial refund. I will be, calendar is marked when my current subscription ends. 👋

Just purchased subscription, but cant login. Says it will email me code to reset but code never comes. Just wasted my money which sucks and im having a hard time getting in contact with anyone. :/
