I have to pay just to watch other episodes. why did u even come up with this that's why people uses Kisskh than IQYI bc we can watch freely on kisskh,loklok and there's not even a lot of Ads.
I am unable to unsubscribe from their marketing or delete my accounts. This company is dishonest and doesn't actually allow you to remove yourself from them.
There is a flaw in this app that it does not have anything in Hindi dubbed so it has no meaning in India and Pakistan.

I like your app but I wish you don't auto deduct money from my bank after I canceled my subscription. 🙄 You don't need to verify if there's money in my account since I already cancelled. The auto deduct in my app isn't even on. I'm not taking back my feedback about the AI too. Give me back my money! 🙄

Nothing works good on the phone or my smart tv that has your app on it. Are you ever going to fix the subtitle sizes??? You know small medium and large. Also why are they white without a black background? Do you really expect us to read the white subtitles when the drama has a white background??????
i dont mind the video, i dont mind the adds (even though starts a little long) and the english dub seems good. i would givemit 4 or 5 stars exept the constant interuption of the paid service. it would get atleast a 3 star exept when you try and say no then you cannot start the video for some reason or another and have close out the program. i just restarted the program got through the adds didnt even get to see any of drama before another paid screen blocking me came up. Thats when i stooped
There are too many technical issues! Even the paid version has so many issues. This app doesn't have a watchlist to save your favorites. Doesn't keep up with what you are watching the "continue watching" doesn't update. Doesn't Always have subtitles when it's labeled as such and the app crashes constantly. Not using the paid version anymore its waste of money I tried even logging out and logging in and it won't even let me log in now
nowadays it wont play on tv app, when forwaded it'll freeze, and now become worse, it wont play anymore whether it's forwaded or no, had my vip until end of the year but can't watch anything

FORCES AUTOMATIC CAST TO TV WITHOUT USER CONSENT FFS initial: total BS mobile app experience!!! hate it 😔 no real feedback option since the form won't accept Gmail inbox so I post here: stop bullying users to use TV app!!!! and if I watch and pay for GL don't rec me BL! or let me opt out of genres I don't want. comments are there but somehow not in realtime which cuts from hype. and overall UX is off on tablet or phone, in 2020 was better

Downloaded iQIYI thinking I found a hidden gem, turns out it’s more like a subscription trap 😭. Ads, lag, random glitches-it’s like the app tests your patience before letting you enjoy anything. Content is good but the app seriously needs fixing
