This is a scam... they don't deliver any thing..
Pathetic app.. have tried to order food so many times and the majority of the order has never been completed. The amount also gets deducted every time and if we want to claim it back then there is no way you can do it. Because they don't have any functioning mechanisms regarding tackling such matters. Which is why I will never suggest anybody to download this app.

pathetic service no response from the vendor and no one came to deliver the food I kept waiting and later the train departed ...I have small babies and ab toh hum na aghr ke na ghat ke , anytime u call the customer cre gets the call and no proper action or feedback is given . very risky and pathetic services now I am not sure how to get the refund . not sure how the things will be in future but highly not recommended to order food from here very useless and system less procedure .
** Novelty Restaurants - Nagpur Junction :- I have been using this app for a long time, but today I faced a highly disappointing incident. I ordered food and paid online. When the delivery partner arrived, he demanded cash, claiming it was a COD (Cash on Delivery) order. Even after I showed him proof that I had paid online, he refused to hand over the food. It was the worst experience. I ended up losing both my money and my food. My suggestion to everyone: always choose COD. I trusted this app
