Worst app, and worst restaurant added, from last 3 days they are not delivering my food even after paying in advance, 3 order cancelled, everytime reason given was rider met with accident, how come only this app rider gets with accident, and now when it came for refund the policy says to wait for 10-12 days, so that means I have to wait for my own money, guys stop using this app, instead use Zomato train if you are travelling

In VZM Junction, ordered from 'Hotel Rasoi'. The person delivering asked me to show the OTP from the App.I showed the App, but the person took my phone and submitted a 5-star rating on the order. When I asked why he submitted it without me verifying the delivered food, he just kept the parcel and left. The packed items were a mix of polythene-packed items, Non-Veg mixed with Veg. There is no option in this app to edit or update the ratings.

Worst experience no one pick up call i ordered food on pune where my coach and Haldirams was very near booked with PNR number restaurant received order but did not delivered in train I also went in haldiram store for this but no one responded to this was my first order and also last as this is not what I expected no one responsible refund message shows will take 10 days will not recommend to anyone order only if you want to stay hungry
Very Bad Experience - Not Recommended I placed an order on 26 April 2026. The app showed that the delivery time had already passed, but my train had not even arrived yet. There was no proper call option, no clear way to raise a complaint, and no useful customer support. my experience with this app was very bad. Please be careful before ordering. You may keep waiting for the food, but the food may not arrive, and your money may also get stuck. There is no proper option to return or get help.

ordered food 3 hours before...neither ordered was picked up and neither it was delivered...and when complained you get one sorry thats it... refund will take 15 days(if it comes)... useless app and third class service...never again
KINDLY READ CAREFULLY..... Please continue upgrading systems and upskilling staff to remove all old and outdated things. Implement a hire-and-fire policy. Bring staff eligibility test exams for firing on weekends. Respect Youngsters Talent. hope you work on feedback ASAP.
I ordered food for 4 persons on 6th of April, they did't deliver the order. and now I am trying to get my refund by calling the coustomer service and by mail to irctc. For the last 15days they just asked me to wait for 48 hours. Such a poor Service you guys are providing.
