very difficult to link phone account from android to macbook

This is the single most frustrating app I have. I want it to work, I really do. I love the promise and of such an app, access to shared song chords, which the device then plays, helpful for playing with, or playing to for soloing etc etc etc. But the reality is an app which is just so USER UNfriendly!! If you ever want to do anything, it is almost impossible to find out how.I only use this app because the others in my band use it. Otherwise, this is a delete.

Latest update completely destroyed the usability if the app. It has drag and drop enabled by default (no way to disable it). So if you accidentally rest your finger for a second on a playlist or a song it gets stuck and moves them. Now instead of sliding my playlists downwards to go to the next songs it just moves the songs. Playlists are useless and frustrating now. Please fix it! I broke my rule of never updating programs and I regret it! P.s. there was an update but didn't fix the problem..

Can't find how to download this for laptop? Any help?

Everything there's an update Ireal pro logs me out and doesn't provide a way to reset password. Not very impressed.

Paid for the brazil tracks and doesnt let me use them. I have screenshot of proof of purchase

The UI is really difficult to learn for a new user. Doing something basic like searching for amd downloading a playlist is impossible . The tutorials are also hard to access Huge, frustrated thumbs down.

Can't stand this app I've spent an hour trying to post a playlist to forums. I have tried everything to figure out why I can't post a thread nothing works on browser or app.

IReal Pro is probably the best app for getting backing tracks easily, but it still pretty much sucks. Very few choices for styles. Cannot put a chord on the eighth note. 12 stanza limit on length of songs (I mean really!?!). Searching for songs is a bit primitive. Backing tracks are very static and limited. Display is very basic, chords will overlap making them unreadable. If there was something better that was affordable it would be nice. Till then I'll keep using it.

Why would you change the search feature? please go back to what was there before.

The forums seem broken. You've charged me three times for this app (mac, iOS, android) very unhappy how long this takes to fix.

I liked it for a while but if you want to correct charts in here it's real klutzy. for some reason it always unpairs my earbuds. No other app does that. Not YouTube or anything like that. Just this one. speaking of YouTube, that's the app I've been going to instead of this one lately. less buggy.
