app keeps disconnecting from alarm, every day, even when at home all day with excellent internet. i have to log out and back in several times a day to stay connected
Pessima. sopratutto la nuova orribile app che è diventata più incasinata, meno reattiva, e piena di bug. Why in HELL i cant just save the preference to always have the camera feed in HD

no outputs are defined- Outputs not showing up. App remains unlocked and never requires password except on the first time! (I already had done this. it says no outputs defined yet the outputs are defined in the panel so they're only not in the app)
EXTREMELY Dissapointed. Always buffering even when I'm at home trying to look at doorbell camera. I have to go in, out and back in again to see the movement recorded. Not impressed at all. Wish had stuck with Hik! at least that app worked and could zoom in on camera recordings, can't do that in Risko app. Pretty rubbish considering you have to pay for it too! Update. its so bad, I'm waiting to have it all removed, total waste of money. take my advice and AVOID.

after getting latest version of UI v.8.0 Android 16 irisco is malfunctioning. i cannot arm/disarm security system from my phone. why? any changes? i liked the software.

App is pathetic! Buffering when trying to check cameras, doorbell especially bad, wish I'd stuck with old alternative system. This is very frustrating! cannot zoom in on playback either. Lots of bad reviews too. Why dont you do something better with the app, make it like Hik, which is far superior than this tripe! Noticed you dont respond to poor feedback, pretty sham considering how much your systems cost. Very dissapointing, hopefully no one else will fall into the trap,

This new app is still very very slow when sensor activated, takes over a minuate to show activation of sensor, no difference for when activation stops, very poor responce times, fix this or I will cancel the fee as not worth the money. Brian Shaw
Can't rename detectors since update 2025
Sound enhancement does not work! It stays silent on alarm activations. The old version was much better. since the update September 2025, notification sounds are sporadic and emergency alerts do not sound like in the old app with loud tones to alert you. Interface on new app is rubbish and too cluttered. Please fix emergency notifications to be loud, continuous and unmissable.
Too bad the app does not work and the technician comes with new suggestions. Very poor the on site help did not answer at all.
since the new update we have had nothing but problems,cannot set system from our mobiles,last app was do much better to use,seriously thinking of ripping this alarm out,as the new app is completely USELESS

Notification settings are unusable. In the categories iRisco(FOM) appears 4 times and iRisco(OMNLS), with no explanation of what they mean so I can't turn off the pointless notifications for every time the alarm is set or unset and leave important alerts for alarms working.
Quite terrible new app. No new functionality but now so many extra steps to do common things like bypass a detector. So many taps to do anything now!

Was absolutely fine until the update happened. the app is almost impossible now. sounding alarms at all hours of day and night, completely unable to stop it. Upon the update all settings previously made were removed so alarms were missed on that day. set it to how it was set but now I'm getting fault sound notifications, rather than silent ones. If I turn the sound notifications off then I don't get sound notifications when the alarm goes off. You've ruined what was a good app.

I sorry to say but the old app was by far better. Since I have accepted the new app my experience has become a nightmare. The worst of all is that I am receiving the message that the panel is not online. Please get back the old version.
New update contains a big security flaw, no security check on disarming. Interface is over complex for the options available.

Wow, if you though it couldn't get worse. The old app was very basic, but at least in terms of UI it was intuitive. Well, here's the new app. All kind of totally useless and confusing pictures and drawings... who want a zzz picture when setting the alarm?? It's an alarm app for Pete's sake. It should have as little info on the main screen as possible, as in the heat of an emergency you need to instantly see where to click! This is hideous! Ohw, and 'lifetime free' means €25 per year! Appalling.
Latest update has a major security flaw. It arms/disarms without requesting either pin or biometrics. Biometrics are active in settings but it's ignored in actual usage. Please fix this ASAP or give us a legit link for a previous version.
I'm an installer. Our customers are understandably angry that the manufacturer changed the terms of the sale after the sale, by making the app a subscription service when our vendor sold us the product with the benefit of "the app is free" disgraceful, also the German translation of all risco alarm panels suck, as if someone was salty and refused to translate directly into German. Get an Acre or Jablotron alarm panel instead. Risco is the mother of all jank. The Jankiest!
terrible, from bad to worse. now I have to pay for the cloud services (it was free) but when my alarm goes off the app makes no sound. I tried everything but still no sound. I was travelling and in the night I had an intruder, the alarm went off but the app made no sound (I tried in the settings but nothing, it's mute). I asked the installer to help and they told me I have to pay extra if I have questions. this is the absolute worst.

Don't know what's with this app. Won't let me subscribe. Keep on getting PG-GEMF-01 error. Both on my Samsung phone and my wife's google phone.
On galaxy s23 the app does not get into login screen. Even alarm technician had no solution Company support said i need to solve it on my phone and they cant help. Beware. Opt for other systems with better support. Looking at comments there is a problem with recent Android versions. This sucks. You will lose all customers continuing like this. I am definitely going to post thisnon every social available. I wonder how foogle gave you android store certification
A good app. Does what I need it to which is set my alarm remotely. Can I suggest updating the splash loading screen not to have a big bolded welcome with the username underneath it? If your username is your email like it is for me it just looks really ugly going over multiple lines. Just a simple iRisco logo with the loading spinner is enough. 😁 Edit: New version now does this 👍 Edit again. Now you're making me pay for it. You suck!
Refuses to get through the initial account creation process - eg requires a country but accepts none.
The worst app.....it works in fits and starts!!! Extremely inconvenient when you come home late at night and want to disarm your home.....and, yet again, it is off-line!! This has been for about 2 years and I am sick and tired of it!!!!!!
Could not deactivate the alarm through the app. Customer service was non existent and simply ignored me. Will move to a different solution.

Like others, I paid for the Risco installation thinking the set up came with app - let's face it it has pretty basic functionality - now to have to pay a subscription when it was sold with ith integrated app, is bad business, dishonest and unethical. I would have looked to other products for sure. Now we're stuck with it. Very disappointing....
Was never a good app, even worse now that a subscription is required; I only got this alarm as it had an app, and paid extra to get the Internet module for the alarm under the assumption I would not have to pay more down the track, I just wanted to turn on and off remotely. At least they should have provided a Basic Plan (for free) and then a Premium Plan for all the other stuff I never use anyway...
App cannot even get past the login stage. Nor can it successfully send you an email if you choose the "forgot password" function. Terrible experience. Does not work, even once.
When my alarm is triggered, I do not get any alerts/notifications. So basically there is an intruder in my property, the alarm is sounding, but the app doesn't notify me, even thought I've set the app to notify me. Pointless having this paid subscription app if I'm not alerted. This is ridiculous.
