Why are you guys taking my money if I don't use the app?
I wanted to get an idea of how to do my front garden with this app but once I selected my zone everything in each category was locked and I couldn't add anything unless I pay. it's free to download but if you want to do anything you have to pay.
baitware, this product presents as free and in reality is try for one week and then automatically renews at 29.99 a month. No way to use first then proceed. Installed then removed when prompted in setup for subscription level after first week trial.
I downloaded this app to set up a Picket fence, but they didn’t have many options, so I canceled. I must have used the app for no more than five minutes after starting the new subscription before realizing it didn’t work for me, and it didn’t issue a refund.

Wonky controls and they want you to pay to access even basic things. You can do better with a pen and paper.
Makes you sign up just to test it. What a rip off. Why can't I just test without giving you financial info! I can't trust you! I hate this kind of scheme. I installed, couldn't do anything without providing financial info and so, tried uninstalling, but they don't even provide an unistall option in the usual place. Clearly a warning sign that they can't design properly... so, I am guessing that if I could have tested it, that I would get frustrated due to lack of intuitive design.
The pricing scheme for this app is repulsive. $300 / year??? Go kick rocks.

you can't do anything unless you sign up for a trial week, then pay. it's not very user friendly, and I don't want to sign up for a trial or waste my time without being able to try something on it. If I did that with every app, out there, I'd never have time to do the actual work.

Free version let's you do nothing
I installed the app then uninstalled it right away as it was not what I am looking for, then I still get a charge of $29.99 for it. It is not Free to install!! 😡
this is not going to give you ideas on how to design your garden, the very limited free version allows you to add a very small selection of trees and some grass. dont waste the space on your phone. chat gpt works better

look elsewhere. The "free" version is free in name only. you have a handful of "free" items to add but everything else is behind a $30 / month paywall. for example you can add a black mulch texture but ONLY black mulch because every other color of mulch is pro subscription only. The 7 day trial doesn't last long enough to even get a feel for the app. Sorry, I was looking at this to give quick references to clients at quotes before working up proper designs for installation, looking elsewhere.
There is nothing you can do in the free version. Absolutely everything is locked. Uninstalling.
this is not Free! you get a free selections free but then they want you to pay $300@year! that is ridiculous!!! freaking expensive! come on! 300@ year??? that is insane. complete waste of time
