worst App ever. keeps crashing and losing network
I tried to create an account, but the validation code is consistently reported as invalid, even though it is exactly the one received by email. I have never seen this from a serious hardware manufacturer. If this were a poorly maintained software service but not in this case. After reading other users’ comments, it’s clear this is a widespread issue. It strongly suggests that the provider has no real intention of making the registration process work, which makes the whole thing look like a scam
Same as others, tried to create an account, validation code is invalid... Never seen that on a hardware company, would it'd been a freemium software developper I'd understand but not this. Called support, tried text chat, waiting really long to get answers like "did you download the app?" even though it's clearly written in my question... EDIT: 3 years later and the same issue persists, i called the technical support (which is paid...) and they resolved it instantly... unacceptable

Validation code incorrect
Code not working as others also experience. I don't understand how come they did not fix this problem yet. Horrible!
Account activation code does not work. Tried several times and on different days. Called support who claimed the code works and recommended I download app again. Still not working. I am returning the cameras. Waste of time and money.
Bad experience... App sends a code to verify Email address. If you enter the given code, the app considers it as incorrect. Waste of time. Returning the product to seller... :(
