This app is annoyingly glitchy. Today,my manager and I we're both locked out of clocking in,and it wouldn't allow us to punch in. Because "we were not on the schedule" According to the web based site,yet on the calendar we were on schedule but we weren't able to punch in or even edit on the mobile app. i have had to verify multiple times on the same day because it wouldn't remain verified after I had approved it.My boss would let me know that it was still unverified.So I would do it again. trash

compared to adp and paylocity, this is the temu version payroll app. soo happy my company uses it.

Today, April 15, 5pm CDT... Cannot log into the app OR the website! This is the WORST company! They can't handle the load.
Terrible app. Will not let me set up a passkey, only sends authorization code through text when I leave the app. Reopening the app resets the code. Crashed while punching out my time card multiple times. Im not even sure why employers use this app, there are better ones out there. If you dont have nasa level internet this apps not going to process even the simplest of tasks.
adaptive not configured at this time
ive had issues with people getting into my personal data while I assume using this app. im pretty tech savvy and i didnt have issues until I started having to use this at work. was using the website and couldn't access the "quick punch" option and still can't. so I regrettably downloaded the app so I could still get paid and boom, now my phone has security issues and is acting all kinds of weird. im going to seek out a professional to help pin who's in my device now
Takes at least 5 minutes to clock in, and that's IF the app is actually working. Thr desktop website is not any better.
Changed my phone number, called hr and had it changed and still can not login
Better apps out there! Please... headache everyday just to clock in!

absolutely terrible app,i have to go through 2 errors before i can login and just today i was stuck in a loading loop and unable to clock out on time.

This is a terrible, overly complicated, counterintuitive app.
beyond infuriating of a verification app, Unable to recognize emails because of the common @ symbol, cannot log in due to problems with verification codes or other such.
This app is terrible and every multi billion dollar company that uses it for payroll should be ashamed. I hope the person that coded for this stubs their toe 10 times a day, in the same spot, every day for the rest of their life. I with they don't have a single day of peace on this earth ever again. Damn you if you work for this company.

The app worked fine the first time of installation but when reopening the app it started to infinitely glitch doesn't matter how many time I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Worst payroll system ever. my employer switched to Isolved from QuickBooks and it's been a disaster. I put in PTO requests that are approved, it doesn't translate when my employer runs payroll and I don't get paid the correct amount. my 401k contributions are disappearing into thin air and never making it to my retirement account. I shouldn't have to babysit a payroll system to make sure I'm getting paid correctly but here I am. $300 short on my check and missing over $500 in my 401k
kinda hard to use the app when your system wont send the authenticator code

Worked for a week or so then it started looping back to the login screen after entering authentication code.
This app sucks, I get an email. Saying verifier hours. But every time I get to see my hours, I have absolutely no hours. I don't get to see my pay stub. Until after I get paid. My check is not deposited into my bank account. Mostly after my bank opens If I could rate no stars, I would. This app sucks, but i'm forced to at least give them one star
Horrible horrible app!!! Why does it take hours for the code to get send and by then the app is refreshed. So I have to log in again and the code is expired. I have to contact my manager now, this is so inconvenient!!
Won't let me see most recent pay stub info.
Temu version of Dayforce. You can not see a breakdown of your paycheck. Go to download a paystub and it does not download. In the app, it says it downloads but never appears in downloads on the phone. The online website is not optimized for phones. The app and website do not seem to be user-friendly. Overall bad experience. Needs more development.
Unusable
User interface is so horribly unusable it's almost impressive.
how come I can get this app to work on my tablet, but not on my phone? my tablet is android and my phone is android, so why won't it work???

Have to two factor authentication every couple of hours. Unnecessary and annoying. On top of that now they have adds for tax service. I dont want advertisements everytime I need to punch in and out.
I get signed in and everything and it won't let me pass the loading screen it just keeps doing a little loading signal that just keeps going round and round. I've tried completely closing out of the app and trying again and nothing works.

Always login issues. By far the worst App I have dealt with. Not only does it have constant login issues, come to find out if our W2 are not downloade by Jan 31 we will not be able to access it after that date. I am Studying to become a Cyber Security Specialist and who ever made this App needs to go back to the basics!! It shouldn't take over 3 min to sign on when an excellent internet connection is utilized. isolved? More like aintsolvingshit.

this application is incredibly glitchy. also, not sure where it is storing information. i can close the app, clear the cache, open the app again, and I'll still be logged in! how are we supposed to be sure when the app is signed out and not running in the background? Update: no one has ever reached out to resolve my original review. the app still sucks
edit: now I cannot even log in because it keeps telling me every single verification code is wrong when they're IDENTICAL, no matter how many I resend. app has been down for literally three entire days now leaving me unable to clock in or out for my job. Check preview doesn't work whatsoever anymore. it is extremely slow. the login process is absolutely insane and tedious and takes legitimately 10 minutes every time for me. I could go on and on.
