롯데잇츠에서 카드결제하는데 이 앱을 강제로 깔아야하며 카드등록도 또 해야하는 이유를 설명해주세요
한국에선 아무런 문제없이 잘 사용했는데 해외(인도)에 오니까 일시적인 오류[408]로 사용할 수 없다는 메시지만 나옵니다.
이런건 하루빨리 사라져야함

Wow... Was this app designed by anyone who has ever actually tried to pay for anything? What a disaster. Contact VISA, look at their payment methods, and start again. This is absolutely terrible. Will go back to paying wit cash. It's easier. Laughable.

페이북을 키면 바로 앱 종료가 됩니다. 이용할 수 없는 환경이라고 뜨면서 그대로 켜지지도 않고 종료가 되더니 재설치를 해도 이러는데 뭐가 문제인가요??
Always freeze. Blank pages at the start. Can't add credit card. Right from the start it turns to white wallpaper and not responding. Galaxy s9+, android 10
Incredibly difficult to understand and use... everything is in Korean and you cannot take screenshots of any page to get translated. Have been completely unable to use it or purchase anything. Seems designed in order to make foreigners lives in Korea even more difficult.

Very complicated. I am a foreign user and it is all in Korean (which is difficult enough) but on top of that it requires 'phone certificates' which, firstly, what on earth are they? And second of all, how on earth would I get them installed? I hate this app.
It's complete and utter garbage, even worse than the usual Korean trash software they force on you if you dare to have the wish to pay online. It refuses to run on a Galaxy S7 because it's "too old" - lol!

It's very hard to use this app. I couldn't do my payment
I can't pay anything using this app because it keeps showing a message saying the information I entered is not correct (정보 불일치). I am 100% sure I entered everything correctly but the field that is asking for the ARC number only lets me input the first number. Not sure if that is the reason but it just never works. So frustrating and useless. I can't buy anything online because of this and I expected better from an app that is required for virtually everything. Also asks for countless extensions
쓰기 너무 어렵다 편의성 1점 카카오 결제 하려는데 카드사 변경 하면 다시 카드 등록하라 하고 카드 등록하려하면 카드사 변경하라고 하고 쓰라고 만든건지 모두 앞에서 시연하다 망하는 모습 보고 싶다 고객편의성은 개줘버리는 1점 짜리 앱
갑자기 무슨 자산관리 동의 안하면 못쓰게 했나? 단순 약관변경? 내용이 뭔지도 모르고 답변 다나? ”흩어져 있는 금융정보를 조회”하는 권한을 달라는게 단순 약관 변경이라고? 카드 결제만 하면 되는데 그런 권한까지 줄 생각 전혀 없다. 카드사 앱카드로 결제했다. 앞으로도 그럴거고.

Zero stars, but one is mandatory. Terrible Spyware third party app that doesn't work for foreigners and has zero language support. And they've made it mandatory for most online purchases. Massively over-complicated.

Part of a very poorly implemented and very cumbersome payment system. Try to use coupang instead (of course requires korean phone number and bank account, but at least no faked security layers like this one).
결제할때 일부러 페이북머니 첫번째로 둬서 페이북머니로결제하게하네요 이거 이용자가 순서 설정하게못하나요? 당연히 비씨카드결젠줄알았는데;;;어이없음
들어오는 사람 통해 받으려고 해외에서 결제하려니 무슨 공동인증서까지 요구하고 너무 불편해서 바로 삭제함. 외국에서 사니까 고객 불편하게 만드는 (결제할때 뭘 내려받고 깔고 복잡하게 인증받는) 그런 절차가 없어서 참 편해요 !!!
