It take me 20 mins and 100+ retry to get the my number OCR right, every shot give a different name/DOB combination. It is a horrible idea to use OCR to do the KYC.
Not possible verify my number card, because on my number card I have full name but on rakuten sec I can have only 4 symbols for first and last name. Please fix it!

Confusing UI. No English support. Information I need (status of portfolio) is hidden away, and requires opening the website anyway. Widgets are basically useless for my needs.

The worse app I ever used. You must authenticate yourself twice before being able to see your assets. Yes, twice! Takes at least 4 tap also. You cannot see all your assets at once, but they are divided in 12 different groups. Red and green financial performance are reverted and can't be changed 😂. The difference between an important notification and a promotional one? A small hue difference on 40px. Ridiculous. It's time to put users FIRST and stop the foolish bureaucracy.
