used to be a great app, but the original developers are no longer involved. Now it has no support and an outrageous pricetag.

Nightmare to download. Nothing was straightforward. Then I abandoned the download when I saw the price.

i did not request this app, two months into being charged $16.23 every week, i am just noticing the charges. i just put in a request for a full refund. i never downloaded the app, nor did i sign up for a free trial.

Great product, great support. Allowed me to let go of iPhones without letting go of iTunes. Edit: Support went downhill fast after iSyncr was acquired by another company. Do yourself the favour and look for another solution.

I can't install the desktop component that makes this work. The install file is giving me an error that goes back at least four years in reddit threads with no resolution. And pricing is ridiculous. Don't waste your time like I did.

Doesn't work at all. I used to have this app many years ago and I loved it. I guess times have changed because I downloaded the new version (and paid for it) in anticipation it would be the same experience. The app on the phone can't find the computer nor library (yes, the PC software is installed). I tried both the WiFi and USB methods and nada. Spent the last hour fiddling with it, uninstalling, installing, changing methods, etc....now I'm tired and need a beer. Anyways, Samsung Galaxy S25

Not at all what it pitches itself as - now I need to go through the undoubtedly complicated process of cancelling my subscription - it'll probably require a Phd.
Used to be worth a download but not anymore. Syncing takes far too long and the $14.99 a week is more than a music streaming platforms. This app is another example of a developer letting their product become obsolete.
Did not work as needed and when I canceled subscription they then recharged my account more than originally charge two day before
Used to be a good app to synchronize between Apple Music on Mac or Windows & Android but has gone downhill. Sometimes it takes 5 tries to find the desktop app, it wants permissions to a folder it already has access to, syncs playlists that were previously deleted, or just random errors. Have contacted the developer many times, but they do nothing to fix the bugs. If there were an alternative, I'd jump on it.

Used to be great, simply doesn't work anymore.
Paid for life time license. Updated my phone like I've done before . Now, I get the message made for an older version and may not work. Sure enough, it doesn't. Now, wants me to pay for a subscription. $14.95 a WEEK? Seriously? I stopped using Rocket because of the same level of endless greed. Now I use Pulsar, like Rocket and Isyncr used to be, a one time license. JR isn't providing you anything you don't own, like a streaming service it's just to transfer your music. Enough with the greed

Very confusing app to use. Followed all the steps correctly and still nothing, not worth your time.
