I can log in on my computer, but not on my phone. i uninstalled and reinstalled, same...No help to me when traveling
Non funziona niente.. incredibile, ogni volta che uso una app italiana o francese, mi sembra di stare nel medioevo. Non insistete, vendete tutto a stranieri che sanno lavorare, almeno le cose funzionano.
La app continua a non funzionare. non é possibile vedere ne aggiungere le proprie prenotazioni. un vero disastro.

aggiungo un volo, chiudo l'app la riapro e scompare, la riaggiungo e non compare. disgustoso.

Unable to make an account. The app would not save my flight information. I had to keep entering my flight number and last name to see info. For my outbound flight, I wasn't able to generate a boarding pass in app. Quite archaic in this day and age. On my return flight, I was able to generate one, except right when boarding came around, it would no longer let me access it. Really terrible user experience.
no puedo registrarme, el captcha de Google nunca me aprueba en el Android que uso hace años y captcha conoce muy bien, quizás la app sea buena, pero no logro registrar, podrían implementar el Auth de Google
L'app continua a chiedere di fare il check-in per voli anche se già stato fatto, dando poi ovviamente errore. Le carte d'imbarco non risultano da nessuna parte!

Sorry but it's useless. If it had one job it would be to display boarding passes. Doesn't even do that. Flying an itinerary with a stopover. The boarding pass of the second flight is lost after the first flight is flown. Same thing on your website btw.
pessima, una compagnia di bandiera senza un applicazione che funzioni a dovere, una volta effettuato il check-in i biglietti ogni volta non rimangono salvati e ad ogni accesso chiede di abilitare le notifiche nonostante lo si faccia ogni volta
Ita airways Scam :I have just discovered that my flight has been changed from 7pm to 11:25am (5d before the flight). I called them several times but no answer so I had to use the change link they sent here is a summary: *They sent me a link knowing that I couldn't change my flight. *They scammed me into confirming the flight by clicking 'Confirm' to confirm my data. *They skipped the full steps and gave me an error message telling me to contact support. -->now I have to pay to change my flight

Terrible IT all-around. Why does the app take ages to load?
Quest'app è davvero problematica. Oltre essere molto lenta in tutte le procedure, non sempre permette di visualizzare la carta d'imbarco una volta effettuato il check-in. Velocità ed efficienza dovrebbero essere la priorità per un'app di questo tipo.

Prima fallite meglio è. L'app ha lo stesso livello qualitativo della compagnia aerea. Uno zombie che cammina da decenni a spese dei contribuenti. Prezzi da compagnia di bandiera con servizio da low cost. L'app è inutilizzabile. Lentissima, non intuitiva, piena di bug talmente evidenti che il fatto che non siano stati corretti immediatamente dimostra il completo disinteresse dell'azienda per la qualità del servizio. Una vergogna nazionale che continua da decenni.
I cannot sign up as when copying the password from an app to the password field it returns to the main sign up screen and ask all info again!
requires a date of birth and instead of being allowed to just enter it, the progran forces you to scroll back through a calendar, month by month from today. for senior citizens this is quite a hurdle. then I don't even get to enter my already-booked flight.
I don't understand how such an app can be published these days. It's not a service. The website is bad too. It's very frustrating.
I had a flight with layover, the boarding passes were bundled so when the first flight landed they BOTH got removed from my app. I can't believe they got this so wrong. This is easily testable and fixable.
Literally the most useless and unhelpful airline app. ITA airways itself is a terrible airline as well with bad communications and delays. I'm glad it left SkyTeam, go destroy someone else's reputation. Deleting it after this trip, and won't fly with them again.

app doesn't work even with sign in
Trying to sign up with the app to view a reservation made with AAA. The date section where you enter your birthday does not allow you to easily scroll through years, as in, you have to tap backwards month-by-month from the current date to get to your birth year?! I gave up. Other reviews did not give me confidence on using this app for anything.

An App will not reduce people's need to phone up call centres if things are not spelled out clearly and simply. it says its paid for 1 checked baggage. it needs to have more information such as weight and size so I don't need to phone up an expensive international number! Just spell out what I've paid for so it answers my question!

Useless app. I select the flight, passengers, I go through the whole process and then I'm unable to check out and pay. A waste of time. The website is even worse
