UX praticamente inesistente. Compro un biglietto sull’app e devo comunque recuperare il PDF dalla mail, copiarne il codice e associarlo manualmente. Devo anche aprire “Il mio Italo+” dal profilo, prendere un altro codice e riportarlo nella schermata - ovviamente non copiabile, quindi a mano come nel 2005. Tutto questo mentre, ovviamente, il treno è in ritardo.

Broken-down trains, always late and with no decent compensation scheme for delays. Do yourself a favour: take a flight instead. Also, don't expect USB chargers onboard, as Italo thinks we still live in the Nineteenth century
this is the worst train service in Italy by far! terrible app and reliability!
Considerando il prezzo dei biglietti è imbarazzante che non si riesca a monitorare il viaggio in tempo reale ne tantomeno visualizzare le fermate previste dal proprio treno sull'app. In più si aggiungono ritardi e gli spazi ridotti dei sedili che non agevolano certo i viaggiatori soprattutto sulle tratte più lunghe.

problema con tasti prenotazione: con ultimo aggiornamento x android i tasti funzione/prenotazione biglietti (in basso a destra) sono sovrapposti ai tasti funzione menu di Android il che rebde impossibile peocedere

Awful experience. Customer service is just plain rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.
Italo train company went on strike and I had to cancel my travel plans. They didn't care about thousands of travelers. Be aware of that making your plans.

are you kidding? the engineering team didn't even test the basic navigation buttons... what a joke 🤣🤣 for my phone, and many others in the previous reviews, the buttons are directly overlapping with the phone system buttons (such as the time, battery level, etc.), so none of the italo app buttons at the top or bottom of the screen is clickable!! fix it ASAP. what a shame...
No se abre, me da error de continuo
App worked previously but now not working. This is not good for those who are trying to buy tickets before their visit and want to keep an eye on their tickets prior to. Please fix this because the website is also giving an access is denied error when trying to log in. This is not a user error, it is definitely a server issue.
can't use this app the buttons at the bottom of the screen
constantly fails to open and redirects to the website. no point downloading the app if it fails to open.
The app hasn't worked for me in a week. my husband is having the same issue on his phone. we get an error message upon loading. previously, it was working perfectly.
