no search button so cant watch soaps
edit to say: it got worse. crashes all the time. when i stop watching something and then i go to start my program again it starts me 3-4 episodes back. not bad but if you click out of your program then try to go back to watch it, you have to watch almost 3 minutes of adverts again!! even if you have JUST watched them! ffs im watching more adverts than program at this rate.
Automatically casts to Chromecast on opening if the app was casting the last time it was opened. This causes annoyance when other people are watching something else on the TV. I have sent an email to report this and have received very rude and unprofessional replies.
I have used this service on my tv n not my phone
for a paid app it is absolutely rubbish and boy is it slow and it very rarely remembers where you are up to on a program and if you're watching it later at night that boom sound when it starts with The X frightens the life out of the neighbours ! come on developers pull your fingers out you can do better than this.

The app is terrible. Constantly disconnects from Chromecast. Some episodes skip straight to the end and won't play whether on Chromecast or playing directly on the device. Awful awful app reliability.
far too much buffering on programmes, of course all ads play beautifully. After many, many, many months, it is still as bad as it always has been, total waste of time saying anymore, nobody listens.
- 10 star a more accurate rating. Constant buffering occuring: however not so with the other 3 TV channel apps. Not user-friendly across the app so much so that even watching endless repeats on BBC is more desirable. Even The BBC shoes what is watched in a series. Constantly demanding email verification despite a number of confirmation mails. Constant updates in 6 months and no improvements. So many monthly updates to fix the last update malware. No change 2 months on.
Somebody somewhere is probably earning a six figure sum to come up with this junk. I have ITVx on all my devices but mainly use it on the Humax aura and on the Amazon fire stick. It is without doubt the most cringing awful app ever put out their. Beware trying to fast forward or rewind when watching anything as chances are it will go back to the main screen. it's absolute rubbish

Goes back to the beginning of the episode when revisiting, then have to rewatch each ad break I've already watched! Makes me not want to use the app.

absolutely shite, paying for premium to get no advertisement is a complete scam. don't pay for it as you still have 30 seconds of recommendations. I pay for YouTube premium as I can't handle 5 seconds of adverts. robbing bastards
Extremely glitchy and doesn't keep track of where you left off on programmes. Even when you subscribe for £5.99 per month they still show adverts.
The worst and most annoying media app out there. More adverts than at an advert convention on World Advert Day.
So many glitches
closes everytime you open another app when you play it in the corner, randomly turns off sometimes, bombardes you with adds and sometimes glitches making you sit through multiple add brakes- 1 star

The app is very glitchy and if you pause for a few minutes it goes off & you have to start again watching yet more adverts. It's very advert heavy, some of the most mind numbing ads I've ever seen every few minutes. it's an advert app with a few TV shows

What's happened here ? ads load and play but as soon as the programme starts, app stops and says there's been a problem won't play anything not even live tv
too many ads
Resume programme is a joke, it works about 10% of the time. Search option also isn't visible half the time.
why do I lose my continue watching list? who is testing the release of these apps? I pay premium and at least expect stability and some regards for user experience...
poor app and so slow though sky but I have to use it to catch up
