Most Pathetic App; It says smart checkin option and doesn't not even send boarding pass ...I had to followup numerous times for getting the boarding pass...I did not get any response. Finally had to go to the counter to checkin. Their offers are also misleading...800/- off and convenience fee of 780/- !!!. Do not use this app.
Worst app. Don't book from this app try to book directly it's more cheaper and the service is very bad. If medical issue come they ask for more money to change date. Worst App.

I don’t understand what they are charging for.

Improve your customer support. They should show some empathy and just dont close the chat/call without confirming.
I booked 2 IndiGo tickets (total ~₹13,292). Due to a medical emergency (my mother was declared unfit to travel), we missed the flight and informed the airline immediately after departure. IndiGo processed a tax refund of ₹1,936 for the booking. However, Ixigo credited only ₹536, deducting a large “convenience charge” without clear explanation. I try to update my profile but it says that I have to verify my email first but doesn't give me the option to do so
don't book hotels on this app whenever I booked hotels on this app check in time reception said booking is not valid because you paid a low amount and paid extra amount otherwise contact to customer service
Cheating app. They show offers and make us book. After payment, payment failed will appear. and the amount will be refunded to the ixigo wallet. Then remove all the offers shown before. Perfect crime. The Indian Court should take action against these criminals.
Very disappointing experience. This app listed a flight that was not actually operating, and after the cancellation, they still charged a convenience fee. That makes no sense, the customer is the one facing the inconvenience, yet the extra charge is still taken. This is highly unfair and feels misleading. I strongly advise others not to book through this app during unstable times or until the Middle East situation settles down
Worst portal ever seen. App made for inconvenience of customer. After deduction of amount for flight booking company executives are telling it will take 2 hours for confirmation/rejection of ticket.
When I go to book my flight after the price lock there are no seats available. So when trying to get my price lock amount they're not refunded the price lock amount. Also while I complained in customer care they said share the screenshot of when trying to book your flight.
What's with the hidden fees and constant increase in price?? You showed me my ticket prices jumping from 14,00 to 17,000+? Why don't you show me the final cost at the beginning? Its not the price but the charges that keep adding up
