My humble request to everyone: Please avoid booking tickets with VietJet Air. Their customer support is extremely poor, and even if they advertise free rescheduling, you may still have to pay the full fare difference, which can be almost like buying a new ticket. My experience was very disappointing. Please be careful before booking with VietJet Air.
Gave one star because of the Sanjay Nagpur bus service. why you keep such worst bus services in this app which serves better

Have canceled my booking Customer service promised me the Refund within a week now its more than 25 days still i don't get refund I sent a several Mail to customer service So far no response I
Pathetic experience with hotel booking, they doesn't care about their customers at all
Worst app , creating fake hotel id's taking money from customer and then no refund for fake booking.Also chat support is AI base and help recieved from customer care. I had booked hotel through this app and hotel refused to check in as Hotel booking id was fake as per hotel staff. I suffered alot with my family and kids but no support for this app.Than I have to book another hotel with myself directly by paying higher price due to urgent situation. don't trust this app, very fake app.
latest update is a dud. AI is annoying and useless. can't see option for PNR status of trains
Earlier I used to use this app for flight ticket booking.But now a days it is charging too much as convenience fee which is around 15% and much higher than the price charged by the respective airlines.So it's better to book tickets directly from the airlines booking app.
too much convenience fee. for a 10% cashback on 10 k flight, 60% can go as convenience fee. not worth it.
