Avoid this app and use the official IRCTC app instead. It has a slight learning curve, but YouTube tutorials can help you save money. I was overcharged ₹1,200 for an ₹850 ticket due to hidden fees-losing ₹350 hurts as a middle-class guy. I deeply regret using them. Worse, they make account deletion intentionally difficult, requiring emails and a 30-day wait so you forget, allowing them to keep and sell your data. This app is pure evil; stick to IRCTC
