i have 3 kids and my oldest is 8 and her teacher is giving her year 13 work and the class has year 3 work .

ITS THE WORST APP I EVER GOT ITS A SCAM I HAVE BEN ON A LESSON FOR 5 HOURS AND 494 QUESTIONS ANSWERED
during school my teacher forced my entire class to use IXL and it was im pretty sure 20% of our math grade, she would assign like 3-5 IXL's a day and only three people in my class could keep up, IXL gave me so much anxiety throughout the school year that I started to pull out my hair and I kept crying and almost threw up from stress while doing IXL multiple times. I stg if next school year i get more IXL stress im just gonna refuse to do them
it wont let you play games that are available on desktop. it wont even let you play the games in desktop browser mode if you have the app.. it keeps trying to open the app..

This app was horrible for math as it did not have equivalent so if you added 3+2 instead of 2+3 it would mark wrong
the app isn't easy to use because you have to have a username and password which I don't have access to.
it doesn't teach you anything, it uses the same problems, and it's trying to torture kids
horrible and perfect for crashing out
I hate this app because, there isn't anything like customising your avatar, or having something fun. Also instead of going back when you get your Answers wrong the percent stay where it is, and when you get it wrong the explanations don't help at all. Make this more fun or if you don't change I will complain. It must get closer to Mathematics, then I am quitting. DELETE IS APP OR DIE.
It sometimes marks you wrong if you get it right like I answered 2/3 times 3/10 equals 1/5 and I got it wrong.So then I had to restart because of smth I got corrected,and I only used the app for one day and it happened
I was going to do some ixl for fun, but $20 a month for just the core subjects???? im not paying for that, you also cant even sign up in the app
frustrating a LOT
I hate IXL. I spend too much time on a device learning in class when my teacher could do what she is supposed to do and TEACH.

I should of listened to the reviews, this app is quite awful. it tells me I have to sign in but doest give an option to create an account so your forced to play as a guest and learn nothing
cant even log in normally imagine making a child pay to use without school,disgraceful.
i accidentally touch a answer and there are no the submit button because it disappeared so then my smart score droped to zero just because i accidentally touch a answer so I hate this

it needs to have guest usage for like 10 of its subjects but we can only do like half of that

this is a horrible app and it doesn't help at all! the point system is messed up and it always lags. it is a dumb app, don't get it!
holy waste of time. you can spend up to 3 hours on a singular ixl. I don't know why my school uses this stupid app, I don't even learn anything. when you get to 80 percent, you only go up 2 POINT, LIKE HOW DO THEY ACTUALLY EXPECT US TO LIKE THIS APP WHEN EVERY SECOND I HOPE THE CREATER AND THIS APP GO BANKRUPT AND GO POOR. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THESE EXPLANATIONS. WHEN I WAS DOING A REALLY HARD LESSON, THE ONLY EXPLANATION WAS THAT THE ANSWER WAS THIS BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS THIS. 1 STAR

its some what useful but it's very frustrating and it's not free you have to pay to be able to learn new things which it stupid to me it's okayy but not the best
