One star until I'm able to do everything I can do in person on the app. I want EXTRA sauce Zeus damnit!!! If I can order extra sauce in-person but not on the app then the app is officially WORTHLESS!!! Wish I could rate ZERO for this USELESS app.
App is useless. They don't even start your order until about five minutes after you told them you're in line. At first I thought it was a one time thing because they were short staffed or something but nope. Every single time. including times I was literally the only one there and I ordered it 15-45 minutes ahead of time. Two different times they forgot i was even at the window and then started making my food.

they're starting to charge $0.25 per cup of ranch, even when ordering $23 worth of food. I've ordered online a lot in the last 5 years, and never been charged for ranch. i noticed the change when I went to order today. i saw $1.50 for 6 ranches and said never mind. maybe it was a mistake, but probably not. I just want 6 ranches for 3 burgers, 3 chicken sandwiches, 3 fries, and 6 tacos. it's never been an issue until today. probably a recent change because of corporate greed.

The app is flawed and it will now charge you for sauces that come standard with your rewards items. whereas before you would get the tiny tacos that comes with the creamy avocado lime sauce and all of that was worth 600 points. Now they will only give you the tiny tacos and it will charge you twenty five cents for the sauce where it never charged you before. at this point, it's not worth even keeping the jack-in-a-box app. It's easier just to order in store at this point.

(It should be REQUIRED that any new franchise location should allow app or website ordering! It's not just here but other fast food places that do this! Customers can't get rewards if they can't order on the app, so it's technically "bait and switch"!)

The app constantly reverts to the loading splash screen right in the middle of browsing the menu. It then stays stuck on that screen until I force close and reload the app, only to go through the exact same loop all over again. The app is fully updated, and this issue has occurred on multiple occasions over the span of several weeks. It is incredibly frustrating. I am uninstalling.
I've had a bad experience using the mobile order app. Related to the quality and food safety concerns of what I purchased. I went through the proper channels to contact Jack in the Box in the app. To address my concerns. However, they have made no effort to get back to me even though I provided my phone number and email. This has been way over a month. Typically other restaurants do great in getting back to their customers' concerns but not Jack in the Box.

The ONLY fast food app which doesn't allow you to choose no ice on drinks. I miss the old Jack app, this new one has just gotten worse and worse. The apps quality mirrors their decline in stock price 😂

I use the rewards and I tried to put maybe my codes or receipts bar code and it says that I can only do 1 bar code a day....WHAT?!?! then my if I order the same thing it says I cannot use multiple of the same receipts....im sorry I love the meal deal and it comes with great stuff with very little price....so jack imma need ALL MY POINTS ASAP !!!!
