for some reason their marketing team has made an Ad, that force opens the app. this is major red flag as that's a way for your Info to be stolen by whatever game game you the ad.
The pop ups they use through other ad platforms, are cancer. too loud, too invasive, too spammy.

Sorry, you keep getting rid of menu items we like and offer us nothing but GARBAGE in return... and you're expensive to boot. You can keep your tripe! The final straw was when you eliminated the Chicken Fajita Pita. I guess you're now catering to druggies. We are done.

wow there app might be ok but the food sucks .there closeding lots of there stores.and now you got to place the order yourself they don't like to help the two in montebello.😭😭😭
This app sucks so bad. I miss eating Jack in the Box. I used to eat it once a week but ever since this new app took over I haven't eaten it. Every so often I come back cause I miss the food, and then the app experience drives me away to another food place again. This app always says "More Offers Coming Soon" but there are never more offers. Jack simply turning into a sinking ship/dumpster fire. You used to be the best option, Jack, how have you fallen so far

If they screw you out of part of your order good luck getting your money back. Still no response from support! An entire meal was missing from my order! rip off! In response to below- I did contact yall. Zero response. Lost a customer for life. I dont due business with scammers.
I went to jack in the box today and got my money back because I got a sauce on my burger that I never asked for. would not be going back.
Some items, such as munch better deals etc, are only shown at drive thru. I can't order these in the apps
I've never had an app that glitches so much , no matter what I do clearing the cache reinstalling sometimes, when I go to add my points, it only adds part of them when I go to check out with a point redemption.\n It tells me I'm redeeming the points, but the discount goes away and tries to charge me full price and now. No matter what I do, the payment keeps failing.Tell me to try again later .I can't order nothing.I'm pretty soon to never go back to this dare I say restaurant

Making updates during lunch time, really dumb. I have been trying to place an order pick up with no success. It just says Jacks in maintenance mode. Over 15 minutes.
the app says it's in maintenance mode it hasn't worked for me for months it's updated I have a newer Samsung Ultra it's on your end I don't need to contact you, fix your damn app don't send me contact information I will never contact you ever!!
They need to use a proper payment wallet like Google Pay because App keeps erroring saying failed to save payment. It's like they don't want to be paid!
Trying to use points for a free item, but it won't let me because my payment fails, for $0.00... So I can't order free stuff if I don't have money?? That doesn't make any sort of sense
app is not connected to the store so unless I oder thru the app they cant accept anything from the app. its 2026 and they cant even link their own app to their own systems. smh
Bring back the offers. Nobody is going to pay $15 for a combo at Jack in the box. For that price I'll go to Chipotle or Canes.

Your burgers aren't worth what you charge and your value menu is horrendous. Add food that's actually real with real taste. Your prices are ridiculous; especially for a single sandwich.
Lol I had this app installed for 2 years and never went to jack in the box. I opened it just now curious to see the prices and instantly uninstalled it along with the burger King app. We have 6k in disposable income a month and we aren't paying these prices get real lol... checked back a year later, still dead... bye
Just saw a commercial for $0.75 two tacos. Not in the app. My local Jack in the box serves expired food anyways. They just change the dates when something expires. Their district manager isn't bothered by this either.
So your now giving us less food and calling it a better deal ok what planet does that make sense. 7 dollars for the small drink and small fries with Jr double jack. 4 dollars more i could just get In and Out and actually get a quality burger.
it would be nice if they actually put their new location and first one in Arkansas on this app in Jonesboro Arkansas but no they cannot do that apparently it's too difficult

The ads you are launching on other platforms cause cascading pop up spam on my phone. Ad campaigns like that hurt your brand more than help it. April 17 2026, This issue is worse and happens across multiple apps. it's not 1995, pop ups and spam windows are dead, Jack.
too expensive
I've tried to scan the code 10 times using this app and it keeps on saying invalid. I've used my money thinking that I would get rewards off of this it only makes me want to go to Jack In The Box less and just go to somewhere where the app actually works
Not a good app, none of their phone numbers work. The customer service is completely lackluster.
I hate ordering through the app for delivery it makes me jump through hoops just to check out also I can't choose what my tip will be otherwise it won't let me check out, why can't I choose my own tip, also if I choose to have the order handed to me it won't let me check out either

why is my map not working
A new location opened nearer to my home than the other locations. But damned if I can access it. I keep getting sent to unknown locations. Trying to access a full menu is an exercise in futility. what are the drinks available. I'll never know.
app makes u use ur phones location svc or its unusable.
Jack in the box has always been my go-to for fast food. I've ordered through the app and was happy with what I ordered.But there is no way to customize some orders with the app. I realized that Have it Your Way is not Jack in the box,yet it would be convenient to customize on the app instead of going in-store to get what I like the way I like it. I'm still an avid fan of the food,just not the app.
does not warn if ordering at a restaurant which is not nearby. mcdonald's app does this. c-suite is acting like their stock isn't trading for bankruptcy, and they blow hundreds of millions on purchasing Del Taco instead of product testing their app. May as well put c-suite on EBT, too, and get talent commensurate with the pay.
