this casino is the BIGGEST scam. I keep getting my winnings taken, for "chargebacks" yet im using e transfer to myself. i was told, "looks like your account is all clear" tried to withdraw $150 i won. suddenly i have more chargebacks. asked for transcripts, first time i called, the oriental guy just hung up on me. i called again, said, you are being recirded, he was nice as could be. i pretended i had other people in the room, listening. i get these "transcripts" emailed to me. fraudulent 100%.

How can I trust this app? Your advertisement for Jackpot City says it's name Fire anb Roses. There is no such word as anb. Therefore, if you can't even edit properly I cannot be confident that there aren't a lot of errors/glitches in the app itself. Too much of a gamble of my money for me.

The app is super glitchy and not working half of the time. It suddenly stops being able to receive my location even though my phone location permissions show it being accessed by the app. And midway through winning on slots, I get an error code saying something about ensuring market compliance or some garbage.
Having problems with the withdrawal portion won't give me my money unless I prove i exist living with a bill I sent my ID with my information plus a selfie right on the spot so ya just a scam and as soon as they pay me this casino app is Uninstaller 😤😡

scam, don't play this! I deposited $100 they gave me $100 = $200 balance. I played $279 can't withdraw due to bonus money, so I continued to play went down to $100 and says bonus balance $50 unable to withdrawal, tried again at $60.. bonus balance $30.. you can't take your money out, it's a complete scam reporting this to my broker stay away from this app.
Decent games and free spins. If you have issues with payouts don't expect help from support. I've sent 3 emails with no response in over 2 weeks about a ticket draw win that was claimed and not received. Customer service with this app receives 0 stars. I recommend playing other casinos at this point. I've reached out a few times. worst support I've seen in an app. downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star as I still have not had anyone contact me, just terrible.
This company is hot garbage, stay away. Had an issue with a game, spent a month patiently trying to fix it. some great customer service reps but the last one I spoke to gaslit me into losing the payout I was trying to get from the game...so many other casino game options, don't use this one. dude basically said play the game through or just stop playing. The most glitches on a app i have ever seen.
They do not pay out the welcome bonus. when you call to report it, they tell you you should have reported it before playing. Do not use this app or site. Its the worst one I have ever played for pay out or for service.
The overall app layout is good. Game selection is the same as any other casino; all the games are the same just with different skins. Theres definitely some questionable practices happening.
