Still 1 star, they don't even try to improve. App doesn't work with talk to text, you have to type everything, you can't dictate elsewhere & paste. Predictive text doesn't work and does not capitalize even in fields where they're asking for a name and everything else on your phone is set up the capitalized first line of a sentence. many of the christmas cards have lame music not at all Christmasy. you have to log in over and over and over. 20 minutes for 1 card! Very disappointed and regretful.

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not use this company....they make contacting them nearly impossible, and ignore requests when you finally able to contact them,for services like canceling your monthly "subscription"

Took umpteen attempts to log in. When eventually got in kept throwing me off. Sent cards that were never received. Won't renew & definitely don't recommend app. extremely frustrated, disappointed & feel ripped off.

I did not know I cannot send a card TODAY! SAD, what is the use? also this app is so hard to navigate with the keyboard open. Arhh!
awful experience. paid full year and cant log in tried all avenues. cant unsubcribe either. frustrated they have 27 pound dont use Jackie Lawson for cards
I love Jacqui Lawson cards and have been a member for years, but this app is terrible. Not sure what's happened to it, but the cards don't load and you can't go back to look at different selections. Also every time you close the app you have to log in again. This app is completely broken.

app worked poorly tonite. usually works great.
doesn't open cards from email or Web browser. Web browser view of cards don't open full screen. overall terrible user interface and experience.
The card has not arrived the down load has been running for an hour with the message 'Your Jacqui Lawson Card is Loading Please Wait" Very disappointing, will now have to contact the sender and thank her for the kind thoughts but tell of the non arrival of the card.
Awful. I am a paid up member of several years standing. You have rejected my login attempts, accepted my change of password and still rejected me. I think you have somehow mislaid my email address and so your system rejects me every time. Shame on you. Please correct this yourselves within 24 hours. Gillian Sinclair
downloaded app to open a card and still can't open wasted a lot of time while you turned a Happy 🐙 into a nightmare. thanks

Despite paying for a full year of membership. After 2 days, I still can't log in to use the site. They claim that I don't have an account. Hopefully, it will be sorted out soon. Otherwise, I will uninstall it and demand a refund.
have to reset password every time on every device, I paid for 2 years and the app will not let me sign in,nor will website until I reset password which I save and also write down. there is no remedy and JL won't allow contact regards this matter,simply says FAQ which doesn't address issue. not good enough
It takes a long time to input details. maybe needs quicker responses even to login.
beautiful cards but now that they're corporate you can't send to your whole address book on a holiday. you have to enter them one by one. bring back. Jackie
