I have to cancel the noise cancelation option every time I use a single earpiece. it does remember my preference with two but every time I use one I have to go to the app and turn noise canceling down. it's frustrating.

why do these things keep muting or pausing suddenly?
just 5 sec connection to any mobile Bluetooth. automatic disconnect and reconnecting a big problem, don't buy jbl product it's fake product not responding for warranty.

Randomly stopped working after some time
Why do I need an app to just simply turn ambient sound control off? An I also don't want to "set up my headphones" every time I need to get into the app.. Absolute inconvenience!
this app slows down the connection
Probably damaged my left ear. I used the "find my earbud" feature for the left bud and when I found it, I closed the app and the noise stopped so I reasonably thought I could use it again. When I put it in and started a YouTube video later, it immediately resumed the extremely loud tone directly into my ear despite the app being closed. This is an egregious and dangerous software oversight on their part.

this is the most USELESS APP I've ever encountered
Buggy interface it won't connect to my device when I turn LE audio off ad only does when it's on, plus even if it's on it doesn't actually use Lc3 audio it just keeps using aac for some reason on (JBL tour one m2) on (Jbl tour pro 3) There is a problem where I can't software update the charging case to the newest update because it doesn't detect the case even though it's right next to it
app has some serious issues for quite a long time. nothing's visible on the home screen after selecting the model. surprisingly the buttons are just not visible touching random places open some options. I was hoping for this with each update from a long time.
tune 510 it's not in there.
app causes volume to drift to the left channel. setting max right at 16 doesn't play sound primarily on the right channel. app has connection issues and needs frequent reinstall.
It doesn't cover the model JBL-760NC for some reason, which would be pretty simple.
since updated the quality of my phone calls are very poor.
I bought JBL TUNE FELIX 2. I bought it because I need a headphone that has mics for phone calls. It works good but sometimes It disconnected the audio while I am talking on phone or watching videos. Bluetooth is connected but the audio disconnected in the middle of talking or watching video
App not working properly
When I connect my headphones it doesn't find them. Doesn't matter what I do I have to reconnect them everytime and it still doesn't work most times. useless.
I'm not giving my location to use a Bluetooth headset.

I'm disappointed of this app! It's really laggy, can't find the headphone "even when connected", help and support are too packed with useless data for users! even a cheap local brand won't fail this hard.. VERY disappointung

I would prefer if there was a way to turn down the god awful voice prompts/beeping volume. Even turned off, it is very loud. Also, I don't want voice assistant at all, I'd like a setting to turn that off. Update: Bug, one side clicks and then lets out an ear harming whine. Forced to turn off ANC, which automatically turns itself back on.
ok but 2 pricey for the set R2000 were the main reason is not even out of the 3 sizes small,medium and large the earbuds rubber covers for each ear piece or can't put it on with no grip 2 them that it just falls off trying to. And 2 be honest I believe that the 2 different soundcore R.100 and the other 1 is 1 product higher than the R.100 but also soundcore and only R1600 to R1800 4 the 2 different sets. Will probably get the soundcore again. just got given JBL due to lost right buds of soundco
I love these headphones but they don't work on the government phones
Keeps disconnecting my buds
2 stars that should be 5 stars for overall quality but the 5.5 version is just too shady. Talking to non blue tooth enabled devices initiating updates? Not interested. If I use the buds while on work sites they are suddenly unusable with static even with noise cancellation on. After Dl the app my pixel went into near 24 hour black screen after using lockdown. Too many weird events. Be careful if using around work devices with critical data.
