can't sync two JBL 320 speakers with JBL PartyLight Beam. what a let down 1 star app

Putting 1 star cuz wanna JBL to notice this, I have 2x 710, 1 is 1.5years old , another just a few months so it is new, both has same issue, During random lightshow lights on 710s are lagging , I dont know how to say it but it looks like when colors are changing leds aint holding that or smth, I want them to try fix that. Also app can boost too much bass, woofers clip, they cant handle that much, people are ruining their speakers without knowing.
Worst customer service. My partybox started giving trouble 5 months after purchase and has been opened by Jbl service engineer atleast 6-7 times . All complaints ware attended by their incompetent third party service providers during and after gurrentee period who made my party box junk within one and half year. Do not buy JBL partybox for karoake purposes as mike connection and input connection has several issues including bluetooth and power problems.
