cannot connect to rewards accout. Customer service is pathetic.
Loging in just loops around for me then, after giving my ss number and my cc number it says I have to log in again. Whereupon it says I don't have an account. Miserable.
the worst shopping app ever.
I always seem to have a problem when I use this app usually within the checkout process finding items can be daunting... update.... 4 years later and the app is still terrible... I had a breakable item delivered in a bag! Of course it was broken. No wonder JCPenney's is having financial difficulty. No more shopping at JCPenney for me.

I just came from Penneys and looked for a long time at the jewelry 😭😡 even the 70% discount I could not find anything under 10!!!😡 Mother's Day is next week, gas is $5 a gallon, and food is outrageous! so don't even bother advertising because you are raising your prices even higher!

I can't get the link to work
EVERYtime I try to use this app, I have to change my password. EVERYTIME!! I keep my passwords, so I know darn good and well it's correct. Last time it wouldn't accept my card; the card ON MY ACCOUNT. When asked to enter numbers from my card, did so, and it STILL wasn't acceptable, WOULD NOT ACCEPT. I've always had trouble with Synchrony when using CareCredit... why should I expect this to be any different. When calling customer service, they were just as useless. You don't deserve one star....

Apparently I will not be shopping online. Your update has made my phone noncompatable, so I have no more app. I'm sure there are more people frustrated.

Crashes constantly, lags, and logs me out ALL THE TIME!!! Maddeningly frustrating to the point that I would rather purchase the items from a different retailer.

Used to love this app. It worked very well & I really loved the scanner to be able to check a price in the store since the self-serve store scanners are long gone. However, I can no longer use this app because it "isn't compatible with your device anymore". WHY? Sounds discriminatory. I have a Samsung S8+ & the phone still works fine. Not going to spend $$$$ on a new phone just to use an app when my phone works fine for everything else. Sure hope the developers will reconsider their actions

Clicked on app like I always do & it said needed to update. I tried but it won't update because it says this app is no longer compatible w my phone & to contact developers. What the heck?? And how would I even contact them? No clue who they are. My phone works fine, why would I go out & spend $$$$$ on a new phone so I can use an app? This seems unfair & discriminatory by the developers that I, & I'm sure others, are now excluded from using this app. Pls make it right & include everyone!!
Customer service will not cancel an order or change shipping information under any circumstance. Probably best to stick with Amazon.

My order was for size 8 and I received size 7.5. They obviously can't tell the difference.
The single barcode option is a great idea, what foo is it if you won't train your associates how to use it so they refuse to try.
Wasted 2 hours deal searching to be turned away and not even get price matches on items that rang up way cheaper on your app using the price check. Never again will I be spending money in any stores if it's not a pink tag sale.
too difficult to log in. you need a two system log in security
lowered balance lost card needed new card had credit limit of 600. then when replacement card came they lowered to 300. I had good credit nothing changed paid bills on time. and they gave me no reason why
Shopped for 1 hour. Took my selections to register, after waiting for 15 minutes still 3rd person in line, associate goes to lunch. she said the other line will take care of us, however, she had a line of customers too. One lady went to pay at hair salon, I asked if I could pay there. Unfortunately, I had 5 items, they can only check out 3 items. I left my items on rack and left. There's no wonder why people don't shop at the store anymore and stores are closing.
I ordered a pair of jeans for pickup at the store. Received an email saying the order was ready. Went the next day, and they couldn't find the order. Waited at curbside for 40 min. they ended up having to cancel the order. I'm more frustrated that they sent an email saying it was ready when they didn't even have the order. On top of that, it was a waste of my time and drive.
very upset, baught a ring in 1993 with a lifetime warranty now they are refusing to honor the warranty. It's our 50th anniversary in August. Now I have no diamond ring. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I don't care for the no update or the misleading update or the shipping process They could at least keep you informed instead of looking for your original purchases this is a horrible way to do business
won't accept my password
Short story, twice on different occasions I ordered from JC Penney and twice they sent the wrong color. They told me I'd have to pay for the new item upfront to be resent in the correct color, and then they'll refund my money when they could exchange their mistake. Since I'm not paying upfront the wait is 5 days for company to pickup the item + an additional 7 to 10 business days for my refund back on my JCP charge to reorder what their warehouse should have gotten correct the first time!
The Android app needs to be updated. For the past couple of weeks, I have been unable to keep coupons open. I open the current instore coupon, it has a loading circle that opens for a second and then closes. The widget has been glitching too.
